Old building, evocative, location

Safe, secure and clean apartment in Bologna. Walkable from the station. Local area was interesting and range of restaurant was good. The area came alive in the evening with shops etc all open and busy.

The shower cubicle is a little cramped, mainly due to the position of the shower head and soap tray, other than that the shower was good.

Wonderful traditional place with beautiful artwork and decorated ceilings. Ideal location near some lovely restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Accommodating management allowing early occupation on our arrival day.

Would be nice with a smart-TV so you can watch some Netflix after a hot day in Bologna.

We got a large room (probably 50sqm) with 4m nicely painted roofs and a very tasteful interior design. The location is in the middle of Bologna. Super price-worthy, would highly recommend a stay here if you want a nice stay without any physical reception or regular hotel services (like breakfast, etc).

The wifi was very unreliable. Thankfully we were out most of the time so it was only an issue when trying to download tickets.

The accommodation was spacious and in a great location. We were within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. I would recommend a taxi from the train station if you have heavy luggage but it is a comfortable walk if not.

It was too noisy during night (loud bar, a garbage truck, etc.), I couldn't sleep because of it. And it wasn't really convenient that the bathroom isn't in the apartment, but in the corridor (there is a bathroom key just for the apartment, so it's not common, but still inconvenient and pretty scary at night).

The apartment is really big and beautiful, we were surprised in a good way. There was no problem with check-in and communication.

Bathroom was a little dark and dingy and it was a little noisy early in the mornings - both from in the hotel and building work outside.

Amazing location right in the centre of town with loads of bars and restaurants close by. Very clean and tidy. Allowed early check in which was great! Lovely old building with high ceilings.

There were 3 bins for recyclables but none for food waste and the sockets near the bed were not compatible with the travel adapter( the holes are smaller) there are 2 that were good under the TV and at the kitchenette.

It is located in a nice area. The room was very big with a big comfy bed, nice kitchenette , Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was very big and had a bidet. The check-in and check-out was very simple as the information provided included pictures. Overall very nice and good value for money.

The apartment is in the back of the building so no sun light and if you open the window there is always a smell of cooking coming from the restaurant's kitchen from an adjacent building. The apartment is also not fully quipped with dishwashing liquid, sponge etc.

A little finishing would help , floor and outside shutters need some attention. As it was noisy until early hours.

We loved the lively neighborhood, but take in consideration, the window is an old one, so it might be quite noisy. Maybe not all the rooms have windows above the street, but if it does, you will hear all those cool bars around.

The apartment is in the old house with nice atmoshpere located in a very lively neighborhood with lots of local bars and very close to all sightseeing points. The room is nicely designed and spacious with beautiful high ceiling. Bed is softer than I prefer, but still very comfortable. We had a room with its own bathroom. It is quite small and little renovation is needed, but for a short stay is OK. The self check-in is easy and hasslefree.

Great location with high ceilings. The room and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean and the shower were good. Very nice stay.

During the weekend noise from the street is quite intense and the windows don't block it, the internet connection was very weak and there was a cockroach in the bathroom at night (may be it's just burdens of living in an old building). It will also be nice to have some wine glasses

Location in the center, 20-minute walk from the main train station, lively and everything needed is around the corner (restaurants, grocery store, luggage storage). Everything is clean, the bed is huge and very comfortable

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just below 10-min walk from Piazza Maggiore (central Bologna square). The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in instructions very clear.

The only negative was that there was no sofa or armchairs to sit and relax in, only dining chairs around the dining table or bed. Apart from this it was a lovely apartment

A spacious apartment (n.7), in a vibrant neighborhood, really close to the university and the two towers. Easy to find and although there is no one to welcome you there upon arrival, the instructions they give you are easy to follow.

It can be noisy at night but that wasn’t a problem for me. Just something others should be aware of. That is also I’m sure dependent on what room you’re in. We were in #2.

The room is beautiful and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept on in two weeks in Europe. Location is excellent.
