Everything was better than we could have imagined!

Such a beautiful place! The room was impeccable and the view over the town of Ortisei was incredible! We loved being able to have yummy hot chocolate whenever we wanted it. Also, location is perfect…close to the center of town and the gondola to Seceda!

Villa Stella is centrally located in Ortisei with easy access to the funicular and gondolas. The room was comfortable and the bread delivered in the morning was delicious. I recommend this property for anyone visiting Ortisei. Parking was in front of the building.

The only thing we missed was a place to sit in a bit more cosy chairs than the ones in the kitchen. But on the other hand it might be tricky to place them

The service was perfect. Free coffee and smaller cookies. The view from terrass must be the best in Ortisei. One of the most beautiful breakfast places we have experienced. Cosy and nice clean apartment. Perfect place to reach amazing hiking areas around.

I thought that charging 10 Euros a day for parking outside the hotel was excessive. I would rather they built this into the price as it seems mean to charge extra when you are already paying quite a lot for accommodation. I also felt it was mean to charge 8 Euros to use the washing machines. If you had a full load that wouldn't be so bad, but people on holiday only really need to wash a few items at a time.

The venue is more like a suites hotel and an apartment. It is clean, fresh and relatively new. Our apartment had a kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (1 on-suite), a bathroom and a private veranda overlooking the garden. Each morning (except Sundays) they leave freshly baked bread rolls outside the door, and there is free coffee/tea/hot chocolate along with biscuits available in the reception area. The kitchen is well stocked and the WiFi was excellent with a download speed of 67mbps. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, being just a short walk to the town centre and one of the cable car lifts. On the day of departure the lady on reception kindly printed out our boarding passes for us. The venue emailed us on arrival with a list of forthcoming activities in the town and immediate area, as a result of which, we attended a concert by a string orchestra, some Alpine Horn music in one of the valleys, an evening of live music in a local bar, and one of our party attended a wood-carving class. We also used the included free passes for the nearby swimming pool, which is an excellent facility.

The location will not be any matters for whom use private car. But if you use public transport, that will be a little bit far from main bus station and strenuous for whom carrying large luggage. But its very good for burning your calories after hangout at the town. :-)

The staff, services and facilities are very good. The property also have elevator dan self laundry services (though you have to pay to use it)

Just perfect place for vacation in Orteisei. Beautiful view, clean rooms and great personal. Close to main lifts up to all directions of Dolomite Alps moutains.

Traffic on the road started up quite early. Our room was on street level.
