So many amenities! Pool, casual areas to gather and lawn! It was convenient to finish off our trip in a stress free environment and re-pack everything (so many gifts) for the trip home. The room and bathroom were clean nice size. Everyone we talked with were friendly, especially arriving in the evening and getting settled in for the night.

Nothing!…. I note some people mentioned noise from planes in reviews but the reason I chose the hotel was its proximity to the airport - 10 minutes door-door. Would be worrying if you couldn’t hear the odd plane!!!

Outstanding welcome and service from start to finish. Could not ask for more reassuring, friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Incredible shuttle service- came to pick me up as I arrived at the airport. Incredible room with access to beautiful pool and garden. Just a shame I couldn’t stay longer.

It was very close to the airport and therefore a bit noisy at times but a small price to pay for the convenience.

It was so handy to the Palermo airport. Carla and Staff were so helpful and communicative. The accommodation was comfortable and Carla prepared so pasta for us we arrived late from Italy. The free shuttle service was excellent too.

Great location next to airport and super great facilities. Plus shuttle service to and from airport which worked out well. Also the fact that they could prepare us a simple supper our last night there.

The shower was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom and water came out because the doors don't fully close.

We had a huge room on the same level as the swimming pool, which is attractively lit at night. The hotel does not have a restaurant and is not close to a town, but there is a bar and seating area and the mini bar in each room includes snacks. The airport shuttle was a huge bonus, but it does need to be booked ahead

Exceptional experience. Everything was exactly as described. The shuttle from the airport was scheduled and exact location and time confirmed by the residence a second time just before pick up. The staff was welcoming, professional and accommodating. We appreciated the genuine personal care we received while there. Our rooms were spotless. The beds, extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning, powerful. Breakfast was abundant with various breads, cakes, and delicious sandwiches. After a horrendous evening at PMO during their emergency closure, we felt blessed to receive the comforts of the Residence.

This place is more like a small hotel than a B and B. The room was spacious with a balcony. The property is 7 minutes from Palermo Airport and therefore very convenient for a stay the night before travelling. It is in a residential area adjacent to the airport. The host recommended a local restaurant and booked us a table for dinner.

The homemade lasagna dinner. Not included, but a really good value & good wine selection. Location & Free shuttle to the Palermo airport. Having travelled twice from Palermo City Center it was great to be located within 8-10 minutes of Arrivals& Departures.

I hadn't realised that flights from Palermo start at 5am. I was expecting aircraft noise, of course, just not quite that early.

Very efficient and professional staff - Shuttle service worked perfectly despite our late and delayed arrival time. Room spacious, and very comfortable memory foam mattress. Beautiful pool and very large for the size of the property. Breakfast was very good, I'm still craving their pistachio fondant tart!

This is a great little hotel. Very close to Palermo airport with free transfers to and from it so ideal for late/early flights. Very professional and accommodating staff. Very clean and modern furnishings. A very inviting pool which unfortunately we didn't have time to avail of. Excellent breakfast. I would have no hesitation in booking again.
