Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTV location on wall made it uncomfortable to watch from sofa. Could not adjust air conditioning - set to auto. Shared courtyard area was a nice idea, but we felt we had to close curtains all the time for privacy, which made the room dark.
Helpful host and very good communications. Quiet location, walking distance from all attractions, bars and restaurants. Close to ferry bus and links to airport.

United StatesThis is a very modern, clean apartment. We loved that it was in a neighborhood vs in the middle of the tourist crowd. There is a market and several restaurants right out the door. We took the orange line water taxi from the airport and it was an easy walk to the apartment. We left via train station which was a little harder with more bridges/steps. Easy check in.

Extremely clean and welcoming it was also very spacious and had lots of good facilities such as the coffee machine. The host Davide was so very friendly and welcoming. Location was also perfect as it was a nice quiet part of Venice away from the noise and crowds.I hope we can stay here again sometime.

The location is brilliant, in a quieter part of the city tucked behind a supermarket (which you can’t hear and can’t see from the apartment) and a short walk away from the nearest waterbus stop which also goes to the airport. We saw other reviews about issues with water pressure in the shower but we had absolutely zero issues; we showered at different times of the day with different temperatures and never ever had an issue. Couldn’t recommend more!

BrazilOverall, the house was decent, but showed signs of wear and tear. There were some gaps in the kitchen area, one of the pillows was worn out, and the mirror had some stains.
We stayed 3 nights at Poli Rezidencia Venice, and the neighborhood is quite pleasant. There's a nearby square that's very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the city. There are bakeries, supermarkets, a cocktail bar, and restaurants, making it a lively area with plenty of amenities. The space in the house is good, with a sofa and a table for 2-4 people. There's a small cooking area with a sink, mini-fridge, and a washing machine. It has all the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bathroom is spacious enough, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a shower stall. However, the water flow from the shower was intermittent, possibly due to the city's infrastructure.
