You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomA mini fridge in the room would improve the stay. The reception times are quite tight and do not give much flexibility for checking in and out. The car park seems to be reserved for long staying guests which is a bit annoying as we would have been happy to pay extra for the comfort of parking close and avoid the crowded street parking. We found that the shower gel provided (2 small bottles) was not enough.
The location is excellent to explore the area and go to the many beautiful beaches around. The price is fair and the room is clean. It is great to have a terrace and a kettle in the room.

United KingdomIt's location, we only stayed as we had a wedding around 10 minutes away. If your looking for a location with lots to do and easy route to city centres I would not recommend this property. There isn't a lot to do. There is a little town open around 10/15 walk but very little is open
The property itself is lovely! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff were great even with the lead up to our stay great support and communication.

SpainThe cleanliness: no room cleaning at all and no shampoo in the shower. Btw, the shower was half broken and one day without hot water (in November!). No one to call in case of problems. The communication with the staff was just terrible. The check-out time at 9am is just ridiculous. The location: the residence is literally in the middle of nowhere.
