Flat: A kettle could have been useful for frequent tea drinkers like our family. The mattress on the left side in the master bedroom has a slightly dipping shape when sitting on it. The air con in the master bedroom emits some chemical odour when turned on. Area: It is not possible to open windows or to stay outside in the garden for a longer time especially in the evening, due to Asian tiger mosquitoes. That species of mosquitoes are almost noiseless in flight (i.e. hard to detect) and their bites left many bumpy & very itchy skin rashes on us and kids. There is a mosquito lamp provided in the living room, but do bring some anti-mosquito skin product for better protection. Some parts of street pavement are too narrow for a stroller, so you have to walk on the car road. Most of restaurants, bakeries are located slightly further away. Bunch of restaurants still did not reopen at the end of May.

We stayed one week in the front-facing garden flat with 3 kids and no car. The residence is run by a friendly Italian couple who live on the top floor. Mid stay cleaning was very well done. Towels were super clean. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, 2 air cons, kitchen with natural gas stove and useful utensils, laundry hanger. 12 mins walk to Riccione railway station, 7 mins walk to the beach, 7 mins walk to Abissinia supermarket. Due to cold and humid weather at the end of May we had to use both heating during the night and AC during the day. At checkout we were kindly allowed to stay until 12 (vs. normal 10am) because no new guests were expected in the afternoon.

There are no supplies in the kitchen (olive oil, salt, coffee) we didn’t cook, so it was no problem for us. There is a supermarket nearby.

This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful leafy street. Easy walk to the train station and the beach. Ennio & his wife were great hosts, easy to contact and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and so on. Two balconies were great!
