New place, very clean and great breakfast. Parking can be done outside or in a parking garage. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay but misses cleaning liquid.

Incredible friendly staff. This is undeniably a very strong point of Hotel Residence Dolcenero. We were blessed to be guests of this hotel for the second time. It really is a gorgeous and stunning place that has an incredible atmosphere of kindness, warmth and happiness, it's a place you really want to go back to.

1. Private underground parking no extra charge , availability is sufficient 2. Pet friendly with no extra charge 3. The hotel cleaning standards is like 5 stars international standard. flawless . 4. Location is 400meters to the city center and 10meters to the restaurant. And 23mins to Udine by car. 5. Good price with this standard in the whole region. 6. Ruining by a family and all the staffs are super friendly . A great thanks to Ms.Francesca , she gave us many informations about the city and always ask if we need any help. Also , the rest of all the staff are nice , they always say hello to the guest. 7. Room is large and fully equipped kitchen 8. Soundproof and light proof room

Very nice and cozy room, there was also a small kitchen. It easy to park the car in the hotel (even posibility to park in garage). Very near the city center where you can taste prosciutto and wine :)

Breakfast was ok in general, but it could improve. Real Italian coffee would be nice.

The location is great, just a short walking distance to the old town. The apartment was great, big and spacious, with complimentary water and coffee which was really nice. Hotel has a garage for its guests so you don't have to worry about your car. On our first night, the lovely receptionist recommended us a restaurant in the city and we loved it, the food, the wine tutto perfetto!

Excellent hotel, located at walking distance of the historic center of San Daniele. The apartments are spacious and clean. Breakfast is nice and the hotel staff very friendly. Will return when visiting the area.

A fantastic place, they are not just dog friendly they are dog fantastic. Accommodation was brilliant, spacious clean room with all amenities, good parking. There is also a restaurant on the grounds which is fantastic. Breakfast at the hotel was an another positive point, plenty of choice all fresh and freshly cooked/baked, one of the best I had in a hotel. And they din’t mind our dog accompanying us at the breakfast. Staff were all super, good English and very helpful and supportive. Truly a hidden gem.

A new looking small hotel with outside and inside parking. The receptionist was nice and spoke excelent english, was very helpfull. The room was small but very clean, nice quality of appliances and furniture, decoration on point and tastefull. Bathroom very clean in great condition with towels and shampoo and shower gel. Beds have been comfortable - even the pull out sofa bed that was allready prepared for us when we arrived. I am stressing here the very clean factor as well as the very good condition of everything - from bathroom to bedroom we enjoyed this level of detail and organization very much. Breakfast was very diverse and most of all the excelent quality of used ingredients and food was noticable - wam and cold dishes as well as fresh pastries and bread, yoghurt, milk, coffe, tea etc. Not only the good condition of the room, the breakfast also totaly made us love this place.

The bedroom was a bit small, we could barely fit a portable crib for our baby. We found the sofa bed in the living area opened even if didn't need it and that reduced significantly the available space.

The hotel offer a lot of facilities that are not very common, a part from an outdoor car park there was a garage available as well as a storage room and a laundry. The mini flat is well equipped and have everything you may need. The breakfast was above any possible good expectations. The staff was very kind and competent.

A 2-room apartment, clean and comfortable with a wide bed. Kitchen with basic utensils. We missed a balcony a bit. Good storage for bikers, garage, tasty restaurant. A very good starting point for bike trips + prosciutto&wine tasting experience.
