Nice view, although it's towards east so not a lot sunset colours. Price was affordable and pool was quite okay. Location was close to nice beaches but you definitely need a car.

The location is not great if you don't drive. No shops or restaurant nearby. No walking path to get to the closest bus stop.

The location is great if you rent a car, otherwise it's very hard to get to. Taxis only come from Olbia abd they are very expensive.

Kitchen utensils. Only 1 fork and 2 knives. We thought it was a joke, but unfortunately it wasn't. The apartment had some flaws, too much for the high price. Like the bedroom door that was totally broken. This would be fixed in a decent hotel/residence. Male staff (a short guy) was not friendly. Luckily, the girl of the reception was very friendly.

The sea view was absolutely great. Stunning. The beach is just across the road (dirt road and a bit of a walk, or take the hotel shuttle) and is quite pretty. Rena Bianca it's called. A lot of other beaches closeby as well. But you need a car.

It wasn’t perfectly clean and bathroom needed a restyle. Guests have to take care of the garbage so at the end of the holiday you have to take out the garbage and throw it in the common bins.

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful giving us many advice about where to go. The room view was awesome.

A lot of things inside apartment was damage or doesn’t work (for example problem with doors, broken legs in table on the tarrace).

The hotel building is a treasure, has really big potential. In terms of architecture is beautiful, but definitely it requires complete renovation.

I am extremely happy with my stay in Costa Ruja. I traveled with 8 friends. The staff, especially Federica was lovely! Super helpful from the beginning. Couldn't imagine better service. They were able to meet all the requirements and requests we had. Location was really convenient for us.

The bad side of it was, when you decide to have dinner infront of the apartment in the evening there are wasps and the property should think of some solution.

It is well located between 20 min driving distance from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, 30 min away from Olbia. 15min walking distance from the beach. There is a free shuttle to the beach, but is every 1.30, suggestion to the property to make it every 30-45 min as I was totally fine with it, but an older person and children could not walk this distance. Car is a must. The beaches are stunning around. The apartments are nice, probably needs a new towels and aircon would definitely make this property ideal.

I liked the location closed to the best beaches but away from the chaos. clean and well maintained, situated on the hill in front of the sea, the residence offers cool afternoons and fresh nights. the staff all is competent and friendly. a special mention to Federica at the reception.

the beds were like concrete, the ‘kitchen’ area was dreadful it just had an old hob that took ages to heat anything up but still never got hot enough to actually cook anything, no washing up liquid was supplied. we were given one toilet roll to last between 3 people for 4 days, the room itself was dirty with bugs squashed to the wall and the bed sheets had holes in. There was a fridge in the room that also didn’t work it just leaked water everywhere so anything you put in it just got soaked. we were also only given 3 towels to last us the whole stay and if you wanted more it cost 5€ per day to rent them. no food service on site and nowhere near by to get food. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from our room. The online photos do not match up to what you actually see when you’re there, the poor is dirty and unusable also.

Not as I expected! Dirty, the entrance door to the apartment didnt open/close properly, bad smell in bathroom, the towels smelled bad, etc. Must drive a lot if you want to find a small store to buy water, food..

No internet connection inside the rooms. Wi-Fi unavailable or extremely low so did not work unless you were outside the little garden but eaten by mosquitos.
