Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandHave to walk through the stairs which is quite slope in order to go down to supermarket even it is close to the apartment but at my age. It is quite difficult.
The location is so good very close to the city , supermarket and the ropeway.I like the kitchen which has everything we need.

our host was so lovely, the apartment was beautiful!! so clean and had everything you needed. kitchen is great and had all the utensils needed to cook. Our room had two bathrooms which was nice. Fast wifi, washing machine and dryer downstairs worked great, parking easy and safe underground, elevator also. beautiful view from our room and could sit outside too.

AustraliaProperty looks over the stunning village of Ortisea. The outlook is amazing. Its an ideal location for a summer or winter getaway. Our host Miriam was very helpful and friendly providing us with all the current local information on activities, local buses, spring opening dates of cable cars and gondolas etc. We 4x60 year olds did three completely different walks of about 4-5hours. The variety of the terrain was excellent. For serious hikers there is plenty as well. Also very convenient to the town for restaurants bars supermarkets etc Apartments are super clean with great balconies. We would definitely return to Cesa Ladina

RomaniaWhen we booked the apartment, it was not mentioned the check-out time; during the check-in we were not informed about it neither; therefore, during the last evening of our stay, we were informed by the owner that the check-out time is (early!), at 9 a.m. We felt no longer welcome. The balcony, although generous, does not offer privacy and we were disturbed by the noise of other tourists.

Everything I received were as promised and we are very happy that we had an excellent stay. While breakfast and dinner are not so easily available, the full kitchen was great and come in handy. Washing machine and dryer for complimentary use. Free private car park. The lady host was friendly and hospitable and we settled down immediately in the homely apartment. Definitely the highlight of our holiday. Conveniently sited to cable car stations to reach Seceda and Alpi di Suisi.

lovely apartment in a great location. Particularly good to have a washing machine and Netflix. Sunny patio was great in the late afternoons.

The space was incredibly cozy! And the location was close to many restaurants and other things to do in Ortisei. The underground private parking was extremely helpful too since we were renting a car for this part of our trip. The host was friendly and accommodating as well which made the whole experience just so comfortable!
