Could not fault anything about Antico Pozzo

Antico Pozzo is a real surprise packet. Great location. Sensation views. Fabulous apartment. Clean and well kitted out. Staff were superb, friendly, helpful and above all seriously nice people.

Location was excellent, people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner there in the evening which was brilliant. We left early one morning and they packed us a small breakfast to go without asking.

Everything was great. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Made the stay very relaxing for us. The sockets on both sides of the bed have usb c and usb ports so there was no need for adapters. The sofa bed and double bed were super comfy and still lots of space.

Just to note that there are lots of uphill steps going to the apartment if you have big suitcases

Great apartment with central location and great amenities. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to come back. If arriving with heavy luggage on the ferry, take the longer but easier route, by turning left as you come off the ferry and loop around. Route by the stairs are a lovely walk at other times.

We recently stayed at the Antico Pozzo Apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive ensuring that everything was perfect. Breakfast was included in the booking price and offered a nice selection of continental breakfast items. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

The location was fantastic and the room very spacious and clean. I never used the restaurant because on the first night (we arrived late) I asked if I could get something to eat and they simply told me they were closing and to go down the street. They could have gone a little further and offered bread and cheese even... The only other thing... It would be a good idea to tell people there is a back (flat) road that takes you around, to the top of the climb to your property so you don't have to carry heavy suitcases up the cobble stairs. We used these when we left and it was much easier. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again...

Amazing place right in the center of Bellagio. The owner is very helpful, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is specious and clean.

The room is quite small and dark and you need to open all windows for light. The AC did not work most of the time and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. The shower was extremely small and not enough space in bathroom overall. Tight for a two person stay. Very hard to get luggage up the steps but this would the same anywhere in town.

The room was in a great location right in the middle of the town. We loved the daily breakfast downstairs and they made us feel very welcome. We were hoping to eat at the restaurant downstairs and asked for a reservation but they couldn’t even accommodate us. For the price we paid that was disappointing.

Some amenities could be upgraded such as new wardrobe, mirrors, working hair dryer. Due to being an apartment there was no cleaning service, however this did not bother us as we only stayed for 2 nights. Any longer and a cleaner would be necessary.

Very good location. Centre of old town bellagio. Close to so many great restaurants and shops. Large living space which comfortably fit 3 people 2 large beds.

We didn't realise you had to tell them you wanted breakfast the night before, so we weren't able to have breakfast one day. It was no issue as there are cafes in the town open.

The location is great, right in the middle of town. Very easy to access all of Bellagio, and very easy to find. They left the key in a lock box, however the restaurant was open when we arrived so they showed us the room.

Only wifi cood be much faster. Sometimes it struggles to load simple videos.

Cosy apartment with well equipped kitchen. Spacious and clean. Friendly and generous family. This apartment is running by family, and this is plus. They took care of entering the ZTL zone with my car.

In the bathroom just one light worked, not a big deal, but in the shower it was quite dark. It was really hard to adjust water temperature in the shower, it was either too hot, or too cold. But on a second time I've handled it. The staff was polite, but not very friendly.

The location is great, the street goes down right to the boat station. The room was spacious and modern and clean, comfy beds, good sleep. The kitchenette has everything you might need. Breakfast was not very varied, but all was fresh and tasty, great croissants, decent coffee.

If i had to pick something, it would just be that there were no tea or coffee in the room, as early risers could have helped..Also no balcony or anything, not sure if that was just our room or all of them but didn't effect our stay.

The location was perfect. it couldn't have been more central to everything if we tried. We ate in their restaurant, and Babyaga also ran by them and was gorgeous. Friendly staff. Clean Room, Comfy bed and nice shower. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Right in the city centre location. Can't ask for a better place in bellagio. Very courteous and good hosts. Always helpful Homely apartment, well stocked, comfortable beds. Highly recommended
