Breakfasts for aditional 13 € (but we visited the hotel off season so maybe this is the reason). The sea is too shallow for bathing, but they rent the bikes (5€/day) so you can visit other beaches.

Everything clean and new. Big bathroom. Great view from the balcony. Perfectly equipped. Good location for long walks, jogging... 2 swimming pools at the roof top.

Everything was perfect, it was exactly what we needed for a weekend.

We had a nice apartman on the 4th floor. The terrace was really large with partial sea view. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. We could rent a bike for a small fee (5 euro per person) and that was a great way to explore the island. We had a great time:)

Amazing staff! Super friendly, everyone is trying to make everything possible for their guests. We had a perfect short stay in a one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, with a wonderful view of the beach. We arrived early, and our room was already ready! Does not happen that often. The apartments are a few years old, but still fairly new and have everything you need. Each room has a door out to the balcony, with a mosquito net (which came in very handy). AC worked well, quiet and good temperature. There is even a small freezer in the kitchen, plus a really big fridge, a dish washer and a small espresso machine. All very clean. Shower is very good (not too big, but that was not an issue for us). Main beds and also pullout couch was comfortable. You can rent bikes (if available) for a small fee, and then cycle to the city center of Grado, which is very close. There is also a very nice roof top pool with sunbeds (which we preferred during our stay vs. going to the beach/swimming in the sea). Great view from the top and fairly quiet. Parking was not a problem. We were there during high season, and there was parking in the gated area available. Close by there is a supermarket and a bakery / butcher (I would prefer those over the one at the near-by camping ground).

In the hotel location, there is too shallow beach - water under knees for many meters. To swim you rather use near pier, or ride on a bike to beaches closer to Grado centre.

Amazing rooftop swimming pool for hotel guests. Hotel bike rental service. Always smiling receptionists. Home like apartment, very clean and quiet. Hotel parking for 15 cars - first comes first served.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Near to the centre but far enough to enjoy nature and piece. Will come back for sure! Not mentioning rentable bikes, which allows you to go around the city and enjoy every bit of it.

The price is quite high, from the 1st floor there is no view to anywhere.

Extra kind staff, clean and big apartment, 2 bathrooms (!), well-equipped kitchen, pool on the top of the hotel, flexible time to leave.

The water in the pool on the top of the hotel was not very warm. The lift in the building was a bit temperamental, sometimes you had to press the button multiple times.

The view was superb, we could see the sea from the balcony. The beach was just about a minute walk away from our room. The rooms where very large and spacious.

Our view of the camping ground’s bathroom over our balcony wasn’t the nicest and the area of the beaches closest to the apartment was not a good swimming location but the apartment itself was very nice.

The two bedroom, two bath apartment was quite comfortable and the beds afforded us a good nights sleep every night. The terrace was large and was a great place to eat dinner when we cooked. We also loved the bike rentals that were provided at the property! The staff was always friendly and helpful even though English was a bit difficult for them.
