The spa is a little dated but still nice.

Everything about this place is amazing - the staff go above and beyond in any situation possible, can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is great, you’re a 2 minute walk from the harbour where there are a few restaurants, but the food on site at the hotel is exceptional!

Great complex with beds around the coastal trail route to watch the waves coming in. Spa was good value at €20pp for Turkish baths, sauna and pools. Service was very efficient and available from all locations

Absolutely everything. Please book the suite room - the view is absolutely breathtaking taking on entrance and the staff so friendly, food delicious, drinks divine - what a beautiful experience and location. Will come back to Sardinia just to stay here again!

We had prebooked with breakfast only, because we prefer to eat at different places. We had the Buffet in the hotel at one evening, but felt that it could not live up to the hotel standards and the price.

Torreruja is located in a beautiful surrounding. We had the suite with terrace and did not regret. The view was great, as was the pool with the bar. Everything was very well maintained. Our favourite were the solariums by the sea.

the only things I could quibble with: the soundproofing problem in the rooms. You can hear all the sounds from the adjacent apartments behind the wall. Also, we read reviews about the super great breakfast buffet, but in real life - there were a lot of buns, which we don't eat. The only vegetables were cucumber and tomatoes. The fruit was unripe and not cut. Healthy lifestyle followers will have to put up with a uniform and meagre breakfast choice

Really very beautiful and a great hotel. One of the best services I have experienced in Sardinia. The staff were extremely helpful, smiley and lovely. The whole area is very green, very beautiful pool and sunset view from it. We also tried the outdoor gym. It was great to do sports in the fresh air. Breakfast was OK, not much choice for us as we don't eat gluten or fatty things.

We had been wrongly informed by one staff member about the price for the buffet dinner at the hotel, which meant we had to pay double the amount of what we had been told for the dinner. We would not have eaten at the buffet if we knew the actual price so it was a bit of a shame that we ended up having to pay double the price for dinner compared to what we had been told when we arrived (although it was delicious).

Great staff, great breakfast buffet, great views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Our room was small but had a terrasse area in front and was clean and nice. Beautiful place, beautiful stay, very romantic and relaxing.

The sunrises here are dreamlike, the rooms are very big and comfortable. We spent 7 days in a wonderful atmosphere. - The snack bar is overpriced for the quality offered (avoid the Caesar salad) - The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low in our room

- The room was great with a big balcony (facing the road but very quiet!), the aircon worked perfectly, comfy bed, having fresh fruit at arrival was a very nice detail. - The pool is big enough, with salty water and plenty of sunbeds. The resort is more than 20 years old, it feels like it in the rooms we got and on the grounds as well. The first one didn’t have a window! Very outdated furniture, uncomfortable beds and pillows. To my surprise, this is the first hotel in Italy, from the ones I stayed in, that didn’t have coffee machine in the room, only a kettle and instant coffee. Personnel in general doesn’t speak decent English, except the higher level staff. Breakfast half decent with again not good enough coffee. Do not recommend the place for young people. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures. Also huge downside: they do not have a beach!!! There is a lot more to say, but it is all subjective.

Relax Hotel... i don't think so! Just off the top its not a "bad" Hotel but there are many many things that are not okay for the price they charge you! and it is definitely not a Relax Hotel more a kids playground filled with nasty rude hotel guests with no manners at all when you call your Hotel "Relax Hotel" and charge people for the cheapest room over 1'000.- for 3 night this is not acceptable! Very good marketing photos on booking com this hotel is a "wanna be" fancy place! witch it would be with more attention to detail and eliminating all the negative points listet here if the price would be 500-600.- and "Adults Only" this would be a "good" Hotel "-" for bad / "+" for good Hotel area: -no beach access at all although on the booking site is clearly stated "private beach access" -only very small and limited sea view from everywhere -50€ extra for buffet food -70€ extra for upstairs terrace dinner -20€ extra charge for only 2h spa pool usage -24€ for a "just" pasta in italy haha thats just crazy pricing -totally overpriced spa treatments -many many kids in the hotel = noisy -bad housekeeping / just made the bed no cleaning no nothing -overall Resort -> "not finished" in the kind of no heart to decoration / unfinished garden the automatic watersystem for the plants all over the resort just thrown in the bushes visible hoses everywhere which could be buried with little effort / the bushes are to high not cut for a proper seaview -only 4 machines in the outdoor "gym" area -stray cats all over the resort and the breakfast area -only Italians get the good treatment from the hotel staff / "not" italians get no attention in the dining or the breakfast room you almost have to fight for your morning coffee / italians are getting immediate attention and service everywhere -restaurant management is unwilling to...

Really from the arrival we felt like the reception is not very welcoming at all and quite rude during the whole stay. They had no knowledge of the local area and gave us no recommendations. They clearly did not listen what we were asking. Even the waiters were not welcoming and they had zero knowledge about the wines on the menu. My main concern is that I’ve never experienced such a careless staff and I think it really changed the way we look at this stay… we’ve never experienced this in any hotel before so far and at this point I would not even stay if they offered us a free stay. Other point to mention is that there was no good wine by the glass and flat beer. Sun beds on the beach also cost some money on the top which I find ridiculous. Coffee was overpriced. You Pay 1000€ and no one will even greet you on arrival nor ask “how was your stay” at the end. Just the approach is so completely offputting, even the cheap B&B’s treat you much nicer than this 4* hotel.

Great sunbathing and its wasn’t too busy, great time to relax and good food choices during breakfast and evening time. We really enjoyed the sun beds near cliffs and also the service there. The pool was huge, nice and cold and it seemed like they used sea water which was a nice touch. Chefs and pool stuff was extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful sunsets from reception bar area and amazing pizza from snack bar one of the finest ones. Super tasty.
