Room above a restaurant so I had people shouting outside my window until 2 am. Hardly slept! Also I could not get the TV to work so ended up spending the evening with AirPods in my ears desperately trying to sleep. Some effort should be made to contain the noise after hours even if it is on a weekend!

The location would be perfect, right in the middle of everything and the beautiful town and the size of the room was gigantic and lovely. The staff were quite friendly.

Good location within the old walled town but easy to get in and out. We were very early and they allowed us to check in. Nice helpful staff who assisted in booked a taxi. For 20€ We used the garage to park the cars and had a key fob to get in and out when needed but parking was available close by also. Close enough to walk to everything and meander through the beautiful streets. Hotel room was spacious and good value. Close to Pisa airport, only 30 mins by toll road.

I asked for a twin room and was given a double. My messages had not been read. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was well located. The instructions were clear for check in. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great value.

The bathroom was rather sparse. It met the need but there was no real place to put any toiletries etc.

The rooms very super cute and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Adorable decor! Very comfortable beds, probably the comfiest we experienced during our time in Italy. Loved the location of the hotel as well. Highly recommend renting bikes for an hour or two and riding round the city medieval wall!

Probably a new coat of pain for the bedroom

The location was perfect, close to the train station and to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was amazing. We had a very good stay in Lucca, thanks to B&B Relais Inn.

It was a difficult place to find, even the GPS did a poor job of finding it. The pillows were heavy, hard and lumpy.

Location. A good starting point for walking the walls. The optional breakfast is very good with a large variety of foods. The staff was outstanding in their help. Eventually after struggling to find the hotel, a staff member came out and found me and my car and took me to the hotel’s garage.

The bathroom was a little tired but everything in it worked perfectly well.

We travelled by car, and even though the hotel was within the walls, there was paid on-street parking just nearby. Also the location was perfectly quiet, yet close to the restaurants and shops.

Very good location inside city walls but in a quiet spot. Parking also available at an additional fee but very useful. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Beautiful old building. Good price for location. Air conditioning a big bonus

It was nice to find Hotel Relais Lucca in the old city.. Location was good for day trips to Sienna, Pisa, La Spezia Cinque Terre. The staff were very helpful..
