The location was exceptional, we only booked the day before and didn’t realise exactly how close it is to the famous tower! The accommodation seemed recently refurbished and had been completed beautifully 😍

For the price of the room we expected at least a couple of bottles of complementary water in the room after a long day of travelling.

The view is exceptional. You couldn’t get a better view in Pisa. Nothing better than waking up in the morning to an empty plaza and having Pisa all to yourself.

Location was perfect. Next to the tower of Pisa. Just thought that the hotel could have been a bit more helpful. we arrived early because of the transport, but we could not get anybody on the phone. Lucky enough a couple who stayed there let us in and gave us a different number. There somebody answered but told us that they were not working yet and that we should come back at 15.00 hrs. so we left our bags at the receptions which was empty and went with our planned tour first. For the rest all was ok I guess

No hot water. Only 1 roll of bath tissue, and when we went to front desk to get more, no one was there. Had to buy our own.

Absolutely Nothing

The location is just incredible- the view from the room is amazing, feels like you can touch the leaning tower. Rooms are good size at a good price. The reception (we were welcomed by Paulo) are super nice and helpful at any time.

The safe in the room didn’t work and the room was noisy. I think it was the air conditioning units on the wall outside.

Great location and very clean room with lovely friendly staff. The lady that cleaned the rooms was lovely and very helpful.

The bar downstairs was having work done so we were woken both mornings by hammering, drilling and noisy Italians- not ideal for the first 2 days of your holiday

Located so close to the tower and to restaurants so finding yummy Italian food was easy. Room spacious and bed very comfy, however pillows were a bit thin.

There is no lift in the property. This is an old renovated building, so no lift in those days. Getting a taxi from here after checking out in the morning by 9am is extremely difficult. There is a bus stop though further down the street.

Honestly, the pillows could have been a little puffier. That’s it!

Great location if you’re looking to visit the tower. Also close to some nice spots to eat and drink at. The room was super clean and spacious and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The view was amazing from the triple room! We stayed on 2nd floor and had a perfect view of the leaning tower! The staff were lovely and helped book a taxi to the airport, the room was spacious comfortable and really clean! Even though it was busy outside at times the windows block out the sound! Definitely worth paying a little bit more for this hotel! Would definitely recommend!!

The best location you can ask for. The hotel is right in front of the leaning Tower of Pisa and will give you the most amazing view of the square. The staff members were just amazing and ready to help with anything you need. Nearby, great bars and restaurants.

To be expected, the stairs were very steep. Pack lightly.

Being able to spend a very rainy evening just gazing at the Pisa Tower from the comfort of a 12th century building with a glass of wine eating pizza was bliss. It's the most amazing location.

Not dislikes but fyi for other travellers - nearest parking a few blocks away outside the city wall. The property has no elevator; be ready to carry your luggage up and down a long and narrow staircase.

Took lots of pictures of the tower out of our window. Staff are very helpful - directed us to a nearby parking, let us leave the bags for a couple hours after checkout
