It felt a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed during our trip.

We had a very good experience staying in this charming, well-located old Tuscan house. The staff was incredibly friendly (contrary to previous reviews we had seen), even preparing a light breakfast for us to take away on our early departure. The breakfast itself was incredible, and the swimming pool was a great bonus.

When we booked, we didn’t realise there was no a/c in the two-bed apartments. It got very hot inside by mid afternoon but the staff quickly brought us a second fan, which helped. Luckily it cooled down at night (we were there in late July) and we could sleep with the windows open.

Beautiful location, quiet and idyllic, lovely pool, great breakfast and very friendly and professional staff, good WiFi. Fantastic experience, we would happily return!

To bad the restaurant was closed. The cottages was located just behind the horses paddock. Unfortunantly that contributed to lots of flies. We could hardly sit outside to eat.

The cottage could do with a little love, don’t expect luxury, but considering the price we were happy.

Comfy beds. Strong shower. Good WiFi. The pool!!Perfect for small children as has a very shallow section so we were able to sit from the side to watch them splash about. It’s beautiful! Although careful of the sides which are a little sharp, we burst 3 pool floats. Wonderful owners, Marco and family, who went out of their way to make us comfortable.

However, our stay was marred by a couple of disappointing factors. Upon arrival, we encountered rainy and windy weather conditions. Despite the unfavorable weather, we were informed that the heating had been turned off and that there was no air conditioning available because it was May and the weather was expected to be good. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and we found ourselves feeling quite chilly and uncomfortable without the option of adjusting the temperature in our room. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover that the swimming pool, which was advertised as being open in May, was closed during our visit. This inconsistency was puzzling to us, as it seemed illogical to close the heating due to the weather while simultaneously keeping the pool closed, especially when guests may have appreciated the opportunity to use the indoor facilities during inclement weather. Despite these setbacks, we appreciated the efforts of the staff and the overall quality of the venue, but we hope that these issues can be addressed for the benefit of future guests.

Overall, our experience at the venue was positive. The venue itself was pleasing, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness standards were commendable. Plus, the pillows provided were especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The place is amazing and so beautiful. Very calm. The pool is also fantastic! Room was correct with air conditioning. The hotel is at less than 10 minutes of the Termi of Saturnia in car. And there is a restaurant at 100 meters of the hotel which is beautiful as well. The breakfast was nice with lot of things to eat and drink :) and hosts were nice!

- Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered; - The hotel restaurant was in reality an osteria, which is fine but the quality of the food wasn’t the greatest. Tagliata was too fatty and really expensive (20 euros); - the cottage was ok, but needs some work, there was a leak on the roof.

- Amazing location, really close to Saturnia and in the lovely Tuscany hills; - Nice pool area.

All in all not much to not like. If you’re going to complain about the spotty wifi after booking a place in the country side, then you weren’t prepared for your trip.

The glocery shop is not close. I asked for the additional bed sheet in advance (in written) but I did not receive it. There was a kitchen without the bread board, textile dishcloths, detergent for dishes and the holder for tableware and for washed dishes.

The location is close for visiting the Cascate del Mulino and Terme di Saturnia. The appartment is big with the terrase. The private parking place is big and free of charge.

Would have nice if the pool was open but it was being repaired but saturnia is only a short drive with the hot springs and spa which is why we booked
