It was all excellent.

A fantastic renovation of a courtyard building. Balconies range around a central atrium with a novel ground floor level. There is a sitting area and access to a bar where you help your self to drinks and pay on a screen. Our accommodation comprised a sitting room/kitchen which was very well equipped although we didn’t use it. Behind is a good sized bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There is seating overlooking the atrium or you can sit inside. The building is in a fairly narrow cobbled street. Parking is offsite but very secure. You can walk uphill a bit and then a long slope down to catch the funicular up to the high town or downhill to a great square and a few places to eat.

A little noisy at night if windows are open. Sofa bed not the most comfortable to sleep in.

Almost nothing. Would be good to stock up the apartments with a little more toilet paper :) Other than that, perfect.

No suitable balcony it was tiny and looking out on buildings around small courtyard which was three floors down.

Where do I start! - From our smooth, friendly, welcoming arrival to settling into our beautiful apartment. We could not have asked for more from start to finish of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the Rego team throughout our stay. Great knowledge on local amenities and places to visit during our stay. Even organising transfers from & to the airport was effortlessly arranged for us - Great communication! Apartment was stunning! - Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped, even gifted a surprise of pasta & sauce to make a delicious pasta dish. Which we did one evening. The apartment had gorgeous views also. Service at its absolute best! We will definitely be returning. Thank you Team Rego for making our trip so special.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly giving us suggestions on where to eat and visit locally and sent at map. This was the biggest plus of our stay. Bed was very comfortable and shower was invigorating. A welcome pack of food was waiting for us on our arrival too. Which was a lovely gesture.

One mini minus: the cleaning lady was very early, we were about to leave the apartment and wanted to use the bathroom one last time before our 4 hour car ride and she wouldn’t let us. Mind you, this was before the actual check out time.

Nothing to dislike really. My only comment would be to have more mirrors in the apartment as the only one was in the bathroom. Also a tea towel for the kitchen. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Extremely helpful staff. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The location is great...on the cusp of the upper and lower city.

It was all good.

Comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming leaving pasta with a recipe for the guest. Communication was good. A decent parking garage was very close and accessible to the property. The property was a straight shot and for us was a comfortable walking distance to the Citta Alta funicular.

The only thing that confused us was that the photographs did not match reality. The booking listed a lot of photos from the reception itself, but in reality you don’t live there. After check-in you will be escorted to one of the apartments, which are located in a completely different area (for us it was a 5-10 minute walk from the reception).

It was a clean and tidy apartment in a good area. There were streets with cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartments were pretty close to all the attractions. It has everything you need for living: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, good dining table in the living room, as well as shower amenities and much more. The host team was very friendly and helpful. No doubt staying there was a good start of our Italian journey!
