It doesn't seem true, but it's all incredibly perfect. There's nothing out of place in this place. The welcome is one of those that fill the heart, from the first moment. The care is the attention in making sure that the stay goes for the best, it's incredible. If you pass by these parts, you absolutely must stay here

There is a paper factory nearby which can be a little noisy, but only if windows are open.

Very clean, comfortable with friendly, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. Room and view of the lake were great. Free parking.

Very comfortable rooms, high standard of finishes, good breakfasts, nice and helpful staff. It was raining and they had umbrellas :) I'll definitely go back there

Excellent location with many options around for food and activities! Stefania and Naren are very kind and helped us also to arrange for activities and dinner. We had a very nice time and will come back next time at Lake Garda.

Excellent place - clean, safe, quiet, modern. Here you get everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of Naren and Stephania, the young, friendly couple who professionally built this tasteful hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Where do we start … we had such a magnificent stay mainly through these amazing hosts Steffi and Naren and their beautiful hotel. Their hotel is well thought out in every way , beautiful breakfast which can be outside weather permitting too, nibbles and drinks offered in the evenings to unwind and relax back there before bed too. Restaurants recommended and booked for us , laundry done, and truly fabulous wine tasting sessions hosted by Steffi and her huge amount of knowledge with equal measure of enthusiasm. An experience like no other , we learnt so much and felt such at ease to ask anything. A pure delight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel , and would advise you to definitely feel free to ask them any questions around your stay too. We were quite sad to leave , and will be back .. thank you Steffi, Naren and team

We came to Lake Garda disorganised and with little plans. Naren & Stefania's guidance and recommendations allowed us to have a great holiday. They were very kind and helpful throughout our stay and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The hosts were always on hand to help us book restaurants, excursions etc. Great people, great stay.

We wish there were more hotels like this where they strive to give their best and achieve unbeatable service The hotel is practically new, decorated with very good taste, the room is very clean, spacious, with everything you need and there are even blinds to completely darken it, you feel at home. Very cozy and comfortable common areas: breakfast area, lobby, garden, bar... very well located to get to know the different points around Lake Garda. But what is undoubtedly unequalled is the service. Perhaps it should be said that this hotel has been renovated and is managed by 2 young people passionate about their profession who did their internships in the best destinations and the best hotels and that is reflected in excellence. The reception is warm, they take your suitcases to your room, they explain everything in detail, they advise you on places of interest, restaurants and they make reservations for you. The buffet breakfast is very complete and they are attentive to your needs, the next day, they already know what you like (they just ask to confirm) and they bring it like sunny side up eggs, coffee at the end... details that make you feel like a king! Hotel is very nice. Everything looks modern and new. Hotel have private parking with lot of space. Everything was clean. Personnel was very nice and helpful. Stefania and Naren gave us good tips for what to see, where to eat and we had nice chats with them. Breakfast was delicious - lot of thing to choose from. You can feel that Stefania and Naren take care of the hotel and the guests with love. Thanks to them, our stay was perfect. We would definitely come back here.

Exemplary hospitality! Warm welcome, assistance with luggage, car parking nearby, information about the region and the city, suggestions and reservations for restaurants and visits. In short, a professional service on top of a completely renovated hotel environment. The owner couple, Stefania and Naren, are internationally trained and run this small hotel with passion and love for the job. Close to the hotel, a newly built path starts along the lake, taking you in 15-20 min to the portside. Excellent buffet breakfast and fresh eggs served on demand.

We loved everything! Traveling with a 1 year old is not always the easiest for hotels. But here, nothing was a problem! Anything we asked was delivered with a 100% speed, effort and amongst everything - kindness! At this hotel you can really feel you are more than welcome! Stefania, Naren and all the team do a wonderful job! They have spectacular service!😌 Rooms perfectly clean and comfortable with all the amenities, tasty breakfast and above everything, truly lovely client attitude!
