Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rarity suites is an excellent place to stay, I could not fault anything, from the wonderful welcome and perfect accommodation. Breakfast was great, Room was spotless, location was perfect with restaurants just around the corner with great selection and great prices. I’d like to thank Bruno and all the staff for the wonderful stay. Bruno went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His secret scrambled eggs worked like a dream, he gave his valuable time marking up the map and places to visit, I look forward to going back soon, thanks again Bruno.

United StatesWe really enjoyed our stay at the Rarity Suits in Rome. The locations is very convenient - walking distance to many popular attractions. Many nice restaurants nearby. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood. A/c was very comfortable (it was 100 F almost everyday). The breakfast was excellent. Lot of snacks and drinks were available. Katia was very friendly and most helpful. She made very tasty omelette for me. The hotel management kept in touch with us all the time. Katia made arrangements for a pick up at the train station, taxis for sight seeing and transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend Rarity Suits for a convenient and comfortable stay in Rome.

BrazilDid you ever heard about the expression “make yourself at home”? If yes, I can affirm that Rarity Suites would be defined not only as an ordinary place to stay at Rome, but “the place” to feel at home, in Rome. The suite is brand new and fully equipped with all sort nice amenities such as frigobar full of complementary beverages, coffee and tea machines, two types of hair dryers, shampoos, high quality towels, pillows, bed linen etc. On top of all of this add a warmly welcome during our whole stay at Rarity Suites by Bruno and his parents, Anna and Carlo, which are the best and kindest hostess ever!

Rarity Suites is a boutique accommodation, with excellent and highly personalised service from manager Bruno. From the great breakfast, to the suggestions for things to see in the area of Rome, and suggestions for restaurants, it was excellent. Our room was spacious, very well presented, and our bed was very comfortable.and the roof top common area was great as well (even if the Rome weather did not co-operate).

We stayed there from September 5th to 10th. Our flight arrived late on September 5th and the owner, Bruno, checked us in when we arrived and had a nice light dinner prepared for us (there was no charge for that on final bill). Bruno is a super nice guy and he made us feel like we are at a best friend's house and not at a hotel. He is very knowledgeable of things to do and places to go in Rome and he gave us some wonderful pointers and information. Besides that, the place is beautiful, charming, has lots of history and character, super clean, and super well located, and the breakfast is excellent. Will definitely stay there next time we are in beautiful Rome. Thank you Bruno for making our stay very memorable.

PortugalHuge room (Suite) decorated to perfection! Gigantic patio with views to Piazza Popolo! Air conditioning, coffee maker in room,mini bar with cold drinks gratis. Bruno is an exceptional host and you can tell that he loves to host and also loves Rome and is very knowledgeable! When we told him that we did not drink Coke zero, he brought three bottles of regular coke and put them in our personal refrigerator that afternoon. There are always sweet and savory snacks in the kitchen area along with wine, cold drinks and tea and coffee. Breakfast is included and is exceptional! Just let Bruno know your preference and he will try to provide it. Bruno marked on an excellent map different locations to see art works that we never would have known about.He also gave us an extensive list of restaurants, self guided walking tours, bars and cafes in the area. If I am ever in Rome again I will definitely stay here! I have stayed at more expensive hotels that did not have this level of service and care. They could take a page from Bruno's book on hospitality!

Everything! I booked this hotel for my parents. A very delayed birthday present for my mum. I went by the reviews and I'm happy to say they were all 100%. Bruno was amazing from the start to the end. His kindness, friendliness and his way of making you feel welcome is wonderful. The correspondence and information was quick and clear and he even sent links on where to book for different sites for their journey. My parents had the best time ever and felt very welcome and cared for, a home from home they said. The breakfast and suits were 10/10! They enjoyed the terrace and the closeness to all great sites. They speak very highly about Bruno and his hotel and will definitely go back.
