Bathroom is a little small and hubby didn't like that the bed was a Murphy style bed/couch even though it was comfortable, having the sides of the lounge was a bit annoying getting in and out of bed, plus he had no side-table due to lack of space but having a CPAP breathing machine he needed to bring a dining chair over and put his machine on that next to the bed.

The location was fantastic, literally steps from the colleseum, monti area itself was wonderful, so close to all the ancient ruins, great restaurants and 20 minutes walk to other sites. The apartment felt safe, we had a lovely little courtyard to relax in at the end of a long day. Wonderful host !

Amazing location - you are virtually next to the Colloseum, with lots of restaurants within a five minute walk and Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain a 15 minute stroll through Rome. Apartment has an internal courtyard which means you have no street noise. 20 minute walk from Rome Termini station Antonio kept in contact several times ahead of our 4 day visit and met us at the apartment and was a perfect host. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable - we will definitely return.

Antonio was such a welcoming host. Could not do enough for us. The personal little gifts on the bed were so thoughtful. The apartment was so nice had everything you needed in there. The location was excellent two minutes from the Colosseum. The apartment had a courtyard which was beautiful and we would have our breakfast out there each morning. Will definitely be recommending to our family and friends. Thank you Antonio for making our trip to Rome so special.

You must stay here in Rome! Antonio is a fantastic host, and the apartment is walking distance to both the Colosseo train station and about 100 metres to the Colosseum. The apartment is very safe and amazingly quiet, even though it is walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. The combo washer dryer was an absolute bonus. Antonio, thank you so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment.

Me, mu husband and 3years old son recently stayed at this charming one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Rome, just a stone's throw from the Colosseum. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city's historic sites and vibrant neighborhoods. The apartment was incredibly cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy decor made it feel like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen appliances to a comfortable bed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the city center.

In lovely relaxing surroundings. Rome is on your doorstep walkable. The host went above and beyond making our 30th wedding Anniversery special. The attention to detail by the hosts was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Rome in their own little oasis.

We've been in Rome quite a few times and I can easily say it was our BEST stay. We love the room. It's literally two steps away from the Colosseum. So quiet during the night, has a lovely patio and has every little thing you'll need. Host Antonio is the kindest and most helpful and caring person we have ever met. We had an amazing experience. We'll be coming here again for sure.

Be careful with taxi’s in the area near the Colosseum. Not the property’s issue just letting people know as we had a very bad experience from there. Use a taxi that has a meter.

Little extras like jam, coffee, bottled water and juice. The location was excellent. Close to Metro, and Colosseum. Was also nice to be so close to the colosseum that we were able to see it lit at night which is something we would not have done if we stayed further away.

Had the most beautiful 4 days stay in Rome. Antonio was such a great host would help you if needed and always checked in to see if everything was ok. The apartment was fantastic had everything you could possibly need and the location was in the best place right on the doorstep to the colloseum. Everything about are stay was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

We really loved our stay at Antonio’s place. The apartment is really nice and clean, and the location is great, right around the corner from Coliseum. Antonio is a great host who treated us not like just regular tourists but like his family. He allowed us to stay at his apartment till the evening on the the day of our departure as we had a late flight, and did not charge any additional money, even though we were ready to pay. He was so kind to even call a cab for us to go to the airport and warned us not to pay extra for the taxi, even thought the driver tried to charge us more, so thanks to Antonio we even saved money. Highly recommend that great place and great host when you stay in Rome!
