We've been in Rome quite a few times and I can easily say it was our BEST stay. We love the room. It's literally two steps away from the Colosseum. So quiet during the night, has a lovely patio and has every little thing you'll need. Host Antonio is the kindest and most helpful and caring person we have ever met. We had an amazing experience. We'll be coming here again for sure.

Unfortunately we didn't like the bed as we kept bumping into the end of the bed frame which protrudes out

Be careful with taxi’s in the area near the Colosseum. Not the property’s issue just letting people know as we had a very bad experience from there. Use a taxi that has a meter.

Little extras like jam, coffee, bottled water and juice. The location was excellent. Close to Metro, and Colosseum. Was also nice to be so close to the colosseum that we were able to see it lit at night which is something we would not have done if we stayed further away.

Had the most beautiful 4 days stay in Rome. Antonio was such a great host would help you if needed and always checked in to see if everything was ok. The apartment was fantastic had everything you could possibly need and the location was in the best place right on the doorstep to the colloseum. Everything about are stay was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

We really loved our stay at Antonio’s place. The apartment is really nice and clean, and the location is great, right around the corner from Coliseum. Antonio is a great host who treated us not like just regular tourists but like his family. He allowed us to stay at his apartment till the evening on the the day of our departure as we had a late flight, and did not charge any additional money, even though we were ready to pay. He was so kind to even call a cab for us to go to the airport and warned us not to pay extra for the taxi, even thought the driver tried to charge us more, so thanks to Antonio we even saved money. Highly recommend that great place and great host when you stay in Rome!

Location was terrific. Very close to the Colosseum and Forum. Sites within the historic center were walkable. Interior courtyard gave a buffer to surrounding street noise.

Bathroom is very small with limited space to put anything and main room a bit too over decorated with small ornaments so it seems crowded. Bed is a foldout couch so hard sides that mean getting in and out is tricky. But it was comfortable.

Location is epic with Colosseum 2 minutes away. Garden/courtyard an oasis of calm and Antonio the very best of hosts. He even drove us to the bus station for our departure to the airport and was available and so helpful on WhatsApp throughout. Easter eggs and sweets plus breakfast makings a lovely touch. Evan a souvenir Colosseum gift!

The shower was very small. But this is the only negative observation.

The location was excellent - twenty steps from the Collosseum and 100 steps to the metro. Walking distance from Roma Termini, and leisurely 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The apartment was small but has everything you need. The bed was comfortable too! Antonio, the host, was extremely kind and accommodating, and this made our experience much more enjoyable. We would certainly stay here again.

I've rarely had as pleasant a stay as we've had with Antonio. The location is simply amazing! The Colosseum is literally around the corner and all the highlights are within walking distance / easy to reach by metro. The place is well equipped and spotless. A nice bonus is the super cute garden that's available to you, which is mostly private too. Last but not least, Antonio is such a nice host, he even drove us to Termini station :)

Everything was perfect.

Loved the location of the property. Steps from the Coliseum and walking distance to other landmarks such as Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Amazing host who genuinely wants to make sure you have a great and comfortable stay.
