Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about this hotel was incredible and such a wonderful experience. The rooms were wonderful, the staff incredibly helpful and assisted in booking dinners from restaurants that they recommended. Garage for valet parking, this experience was fantastic value for money.

This was an excellent hotel to choose for exploring Turin. It was in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff. The availability of On-site parking was a huge advantage. Our room was very spacious and well appointed.

The room had everything I could have wished for, I also received a complimentary upgrade to it was a suite. Since I was celebrating my birthday in Torino that was a pleasing surprise. Also, I had not booked the room with breakfast but once I inspected the superb buffet provided I had breakfast at the hotel every day.

SwitzerlandA little too difficult to have the car still taken care in the garage during the sightseeing - within the 24 hrs paid - but after check out. All worked well in the end, just would have been nice to have it smoother, as part of the stay. Air noise a bit annoying at night in the room - even min fan and no air-conditioning.
The welcome, the smile, the free room upgrade, the beautiful Tourin view, the Jazz & Cocktail upon Arrival- amazing bartender and unparalleled Bellini 😍! The attentioned dinner.

Beautiful experience, we got upgraded to the Junior Suite, which was simply amazing, the bed was huge, the bathroom beautiful and the shower amazing ! Every little detail was taken care of! View amazing on Turin, the spa ; we were shocked, so beautiful and it was the biggest Hammam we’ve ever seen ! Not speaking about the breakfast which was full of options, everything was tasty, definitely going to come back to this hotel if we come back in Turin! And the kindness of all the personnel was also wonderful !

GermanyNot much to mention. Parking is a pain in the city and using the valet parking offered by the hotel is perfect but costly. We paid 48€ a day. Breakfast is one level lower than advertised but still very good.
Very good location at the city center of Torino. Excellent service and comfortable spacious rooms for the suite at least.

SwitzerlandI've chosen the hotel also by the criteria, that the hotel offers a charging station for my electric car. The parking is not operated by the hotel itself and the charging station has not been working for several weeks (I was informed by the hotel after the booking directly). But this was at the end no issue, because Torino has a lot of public chargers around the hotel.
Very nice Hotel, great service, very central. The room (upgraded) was very nice. The SPA is small but nice to relax after a city Tour.
