the room was nice and comfortable but it was quite dull. There were windows but they weren't very well positioned. There was nothing much to see out of the windows. I think some other rooms probably have much better outlooks and brightness. Twins are often disappointing in my opinion!

the location is very good, on the edge of the town within easy walking distance of everything. Ferrara is very flat, everyone cycles. It's a gorgeous place. The hotel is really lovely with a nice courtyard. There is no bar or amenities but there are some nice communal spaces inside and out to sit in.

A very nice hotel with lovely communal rooms, a pleasant garden and, in our ground floor room, a little patio at the back. The breakfast was vast and delicious, there was free parking in the road and only a short walk to the city centre, a lovely local park, the walls and the Diamond Palazzo.

Great location - the hotel placed in the heart of the historic part of the city. A wonderful, boutique hotel with original rooms design. You can have the breakfast inside or in the garden with olive trees. Value for money.

The aircon seemed working but it didn't manage to cool down the air in the room. (We figured this in the middle of the night and decided to open the windows instead of calling the receptionist.)

You shouldn’t advertise as a hotel with free parking if you can’t provide free parking. We had to pay about €10 for one night in a nearby car park

Little gem of a hotel, cappuccino was just fine, nice neigborhood. Don't forget to go eat at "Osteria La Compagnia". Want a bar; "Laudano e Misture". Enjoy.

Great hotel in quiet part of the old town. Less than 10 mins walk to the castle on flat ground. It was good to be away from the tourist crowd at night. It was safe to walk to restaurants. Hotel was lovely. We had a large room with big bathroom. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a buffer style continental spread with a wide range of choice. Dining in the private garden was also possible. Staff were very helpful and accommodating of our extension and late checkout.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Absolutely nothing. It’s amazing, and great value.

We loved every bit of this hotel from the tasteful decor, the ambience, the room, the amazing breakfast, and the friendly staff. It is well-located, quiet, and just ten minutes from the historic centre. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. What a jewel. What a find! Do not miss staying here.

No hotel parking.

The hotel is very close to the city center, in a quiet street with little traffic. We were incredibly lucky with parking, because the only free place we passed was exactly five meters from the hotel. The hotel is in Italian style with many beautiful artistic details, which are located in the common areas of the building. The dining room is especially beautiful with a fireplace and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel has a beautiful garden with a place to sit and relax.
