You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe welcome was awful, not felt so unwelcome in my life. Federica checked us in everything seemed to be too much like hard work. I speak little Italian and she was talking under her breath in Italian. Her attitude changed when my Italian partner came and spoke with her. Feel very uncomfortable and made to feel like we shouldn’t be there. Very little hotel information given upon check in. I am a senior manager in a hotel in the uk and wouldn’t expect the service we were provided by anyone. Other guests that spoke the language were treated the opposite way to how we were treated
The hotel is nice,rooms are very spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location is very good, 15 minute walk into the old city very convenient. Night reception was so helpful and the breakfast team were amazing.

SlovakiaIf you want to switch off the airconditioning, the best is open the window as well, as it has some automatic feature and it switch on during your sleep. It is small technicality, otherwise all was fine.
The room was very nice, big wardrobe, design place. The breakfast was nice, rich as we expected. Hotel has its own parking place for fair price of 15 Eur per night. The position of hotel was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

BelgiumThe hotel is on the side of a street which happens to be the victim of a number of reckless motorists who ride very fast with extreme noise. It seems the hotel is not isolated enough. Breakfast was ok( great coffee; ask for it) but overall is not of 4 star level.
Central location, helpful and professional staffs, comfortable beds and overall clean. They kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer that our check out time.

United KingdomThe quality and functionality of the wardrobes were poor and not all useable. Tea and Coffee is not available in the room. Nor is an iron/iron board available.
Size of the room was exceptional! Staff were helpful and friendly making us feel as ease. Parking was accomodated for despite not booking without a fuss. A very good map was provides for the local area.

The staff were extremely nice. The bedrooms were huge and very comfortable--we got an excellent night's sleep. The restaurant was nice and fuss-free with a friendly waitress. It's also a great central location near lots of shops and the historic town.
