Nothing, all was good

Lovely and helpful owner allowed us to check in a little early. Very comfortable with plenty of space for adult and 2 teens. Small breakfast in local café included was just perfect for us. Great location.

The noise, that's why only 9 and not 10. I had the ground floor room and starting with 7:30 in the morning you can not only sleep, do nothing because of the doors noise or because of voices. I discussed with the guest about, if they can improve this, this is one of the great locations on Booking.

Clean, exceptional clean. Everyday cleaning of the room. Excellent position to walk to the downtown and to Città Alta, the main attraction of Bergamo. Comfortable room. Warm, it was in April and it was cold outside. Easy check-in, easy to contact and discuss with the guest.

Shower door would not stay closed whilst showering. Toilet is too close to the shower to enable you to sit comfortably especially if you are tall. No plug in sink. The curtains all need replacing.

It's very anonymous. For one night as a stopover to see the city it's nice because it's close to the airport and train station. But I didn't see any staff or other visitors so if you want to socialize its not the place for you.

Good value for money. Big, clean and comfy rooms with bathroom. Checkin worked great remotely even though Noone was there. There is a cute bakery/cafe on the corner. Safe place.

The shower could use a deep cleaning for sure, I found someone’s used soap there in a shelf. It’s not a good place for those who have a problem sleeping with noise outside. The noise isolation is very poor, even from other rooms.

The place is very well located, nicely furnished with everything you’d need if you’re travelling alone. The sleeping room was clean and tidy. The check-in was almost like self-check-in, there is usually no one at the reception, this can be a plus and a minus at the same time.

It was so loud, I couldn’t sleep all night as I could hear the noise from outside all night, people shouting and the cars passing by. The breakfast was only one sweet croissant and coffee which I don’t think worth the price. Better to find a breakfast place in the city centre

I didn't see a single member of staff. I was buzzed in electronically after calling the owner.In the morning, there was nobody around.

The tv was not working. The ventilator was constantly cracking and the sound awake us during the night. The walls are too thin, the whole night we heard the other guest snors.

No breakfast at all in B&B, where the second B means Breakfast, as far as I know. Yet something except hot water and teabags could be in the kitchen.

Very comfortable location in the very heart of Bergamo's downtown. 10 mins walking distance to the railway station, and the same to the airport bus. A room has everything required. The Wifi is quite fast.

the bed sadly was made out of two mattresses instead of one double, which made sleeping very uncomfortable since I went with my boyfriend on this small getaway, that was the thing that really affected the quality of sleep we got

it was a nice cozy building with big rooms, the bathroom was really big, the breakfast was near a small cute coffee shop (coffee and croissant) and it was easy to get there from the central station

You can hear people talking in the hall or climbing the stairs, but as the boarding house is not that big, this didn´t happen that often. Otherwise nothing to compalin about.

The accommodation is set close to the bus and train station and the centre of the new town, nearby there is a bus stop for the line running from the airport. The room was big enough and had everything you need including a hairdryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor with a fridge, where you can help yourself to a non-alcoholic drink or beer at 1 to 2.5 euros. Tea and coffee available as well. I didn´t meet the owner, she let me in using some kind of remote control after I called her on my phone. The key was prepared in the lock and invoice on the desk.

The host wasn't so kind and didn't speak any of english. We have arrived in the middle of the night and had problems with him opening the door remotely.

The whole accommodation thing really went as planned and we got what we wanted, the rooms were great and clean. We needed it only for the night, so for that purpose it was great.
