There was nothing to dislike about the hotel

Room, in fact the hotel in genera,l was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The location was good. Would highly recommend. We stayed there one night at the end of a cruise. We got the free shuttle bus to the bus station and it was an easy walk from there. A detailed street map was available at the bus station.

The nicest and friendliest welcome I think I’ve had! We were greeted with an Aperol spritz each and some little snacks. Told to sit down and relax! Rooms refurbished and modern, comfy beds, kettle and fridge.

The staff was great and after a very long day of travel, we were greeted with similes and a spacious and clean room! There’s a laundromat around the corner, if needed. There are also some good restaurants right outside of the hotel. Also, we had a nice shuttle ride to the Port of Rome to catch a cruise for 20€. total. It’s worth every penny as it is a far walk to the ships! We would definitely stay there again!

It was very clean, newly remodeled. Air conditioning worked very well. Wonderful breakfast included in the morning. Close to the cruise port. They provide shuttle to the port for €10 per person. Excellent restaurants nearby

Getting into the property was tricky. You need to press the code and use a key. If you didn't do it just right, you couldn't get in. I had to call the manager at 11pm because we couldn't figure it out. We did have some stray haird from a previous guest inside our pillow cases. I would suggest going through them better.

So friendly, lovely hotel! Small little place, but obvious the owners put attention and detail into their place. I'm not sure how it is only a 2 star, I would rank at least 3, maybe 4. Check-in was super easy. Got upgraded to a larger room for free. The room was big and clean. Best part? Ice cold AC!! Bathroom well stocked. They helped us with a shuttle to the port, and they served a delicious breakfast. Lots of fresh pastries and cakes and fresh coffees and juice. Would stay here again for sure!! Thank you!! Location was perfect to restaurants and shopping.

We stayed here for just one night prior to a cruise, and we were all so impressed with this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We had gotten there early and our rooms were not yet ready - which was totally expected. By the time we got back from exploring and lunch, not only were they ready, but the staff had already put our luggage in our rooms. The rooms were very clean and a great size. The hotel was also in a great location to the port and for exploring Civitavecchia the day before our cruise.

Hotel location was great, in heart of city, walking distance to restaurants, shops and farmers market. Rooms are somewhat small, but super clean and great for a couple nights stay. The host on duty that day was Anna and she was engaging and very friendly. She not only made us a welcome drink and snack during check-in but also a great breakfast in the morning. It is a small 10 room hotel that that provides value for the money in a great location.

A great Continental breakfast. The Hotel in a quaint cobbled street close to main areas. The room was just as the photo's showed. Got into our room earlier than we had said and allowed to stay until 11.15am in the room until hotel shuttle took us to the port. Had a knock on the door after going up to our room and given a welcome drink by the manager of Aperol Spritz.
