Breakfast was great but if staying for a week, perhaps a bit more variety could be offered

The staff were so friendly and warm, we were upgraded to the most incredible room and felt so at home here. facilities are amazing - lovely pool, sauna etc, location is ideal (10min walk into Selva if that)

No AC in room so even with the balcony door open was a bit hot in the middle of the night.

Fantastic stay luxury hotel with amazing spa and outdoor pool. Close to hiking and town, walking trails. Highly recommend. Great staff and service. Amazing breakfast.

Could not speak more highly of our stay, truly fantastic on all fronts. Room was amazing with spectacular views of the surrounding area. Great spot for travelling, bus stop directly opposite and provided with a free bus which was super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with more food than you could hope for. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Then there’s the spa and pool facilities, which were unreal. Perfect after a long day in the mountains! We could quite easily have spent our entire time within the hotel grounds had we wished to. Will be coming back 100%! A big thanks to all the staff for such an amazing stay.

We were upgraded on arrival which was an awesome surprise. Room was huge with amazing views of the valley, absolutely spotlessly clean. Right outside a bus stop so easy to get around, and we were given a free bus pass on arrival, the hotel went above and beyond. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were so friendly and helpful and the facilities including both pools, steam room and sauna were unreal. We will be back!

Excellent service and hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Crazy beautiful view from the window. Very tasty breakfast and very large variety of food to choose from. One of the best ski resort hotels with baths and pools.

Wonderful helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. Great spa facilities, the outdoor heated pool is amazing. Delicious breakfast with many food options to choose from. Good free hotel parking under the roof is available.

Doesn’t have a restaurant in the summer months 30Euro per person to use the spa on day of check out which seemed unreasonable

a very nice family hotel run by people with great care, love and feeling for the well-being of their customers. wonderful breakfasts, nice short chats with the owner and his father - a well-known skier and a pleasant mother, a real lady who greets every guest kindly, very friendly staff, coffee on the terrace, large rooms, pleasant interior, relaxation in the sauna and outdoor heated pool with a view of the dllomites

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, we had to ask for new ones. The duvet was synthetic. Bedding was changed probable once throughout our 7 day stay. Cleanliness was a big issue too in general, floor was dirty… the bathrooms were extremely small. No snacks or lunch options during the day if you’re not skiing. Staff were sometimes ignorant and ordered breakfast dishes for us in advance, thinking we would have the same meal everyday, although we did not ask for it.This was uncomfortable. Mulled wine at the bar was horrible, cheap sachet instead of home made, totally undrinkable.

Amazing spa facilities - totally 5*. We also liked the rooms, quite spacious. Ski in option was a bonus. Dinner was good.
