The building is spectacular combining the old and the new with nice art. Beds and bathroom very comfortable. Welcoming staff and lots of choice at breakfast.

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay at Pollicastro Boutique Hotel in Lecce. Everything was perfect! The staff was really friendly and the breakfast amazing. Comfy beds in a really clean and beautiful room.

Could put a fresh bottle of water every day in the room

The breakfast was to die for and the service staff at the restaurant were extremely nice and accommodating. The location was key, very central within Lecce and walking distance to all major attractions. We had no difficulty finding parking outside the city center. The rooms were also extremely quiet which we very much appreciated.

It was perfect!

Great location in the old town, minutes away from everything. King suite was splendid with a big bathtub and great bed. It was quiet at night. The staff especially Gabrielle at breakfast were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Extending the valet service beyond the 20:00 hour however after seeing how the city comes alive at this time and the streets crowded it maybe not possible or safe to move car.

The luxury feel from the moment you walked in. The staff attentive and very helpful and kind. The breakfast spread was exceptionally good but mostly Gabrielle the server who greeted everyone with the warmest smile and gave service beyond exceptional.

Air conditioning set to a max low of 25. You could not set it any lower so we found it too hot and therefore uncomfortable at night. Our only criticism.

Very old historic hotel and beautiful art work. Big room and well appointed. Really lovely old hotel.

A more inviting bar area or facilities on the rooftop would have made our experience more enjoyable. Carrying glasses of wine and snacks up the stairs wasn't ideal. I also asked the staff ahead of time to make some birthday arrangements (simple, small things like writing on his plate at breakfast) for my husband, which unfortunately were forgotten.

A stunning historical hotel, right in the middle of Lecce. We absolutely adored having a drink on the roof. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. We took a day trip from Lecce to a beach club on the west coast of Salento - highly recommended! We also used the hotel's valet service, which was appreciated greatly, although a little expensive.

I believe that what is missing is clearly a swimming pool considering the 35 degrees outside it would have being enjoyable.

The location is perfect. The room are unique and well designed. The valet service for the car is great considering the hotel being in a restricted car zone. The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very nice. The breakfast options is something unique.

A seriously stylish offering in the heart of Lecce old town. The room was beautifully presented, great bathroom and lots of little touches that just made our stay special.

Breakfast was a little over-fussy and complicated, and for our taste, too much food. Would have preferred a more standard buffet style.

The central location was great and the staff were lovely and happy to help with any requests. We had a top floor room with lots of terrace space. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
