Amazing place, everything you wish for a stay in Tuscany. Ideal location for day Trips to Volterra, Lucca, Florenz, Sienna, etc. The hosts are wonderful and very kind with great tipps for dinner, sightseeing and grocery Shopping. Highly recommend!!

Nothing, was all fabulous

A beautiful property well maintained and full of Tuscany charm. The pool is a dream all day but particularly at sunset when you can capture amazing photos. Good air conditioning, on our 38 deg days, comfortable beds, and clean new bathrooms. The hosts are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible . Close to San Gimi. Florence, Siena,Pisa, Lucca all 45min- 1 hr away

Everything was good.

The place is situated beautifully at the top off a hill which makes it perfect for a summer vacation because the wind blows nicely and gives a little cool in the hot summer. The pool is amazing, the house very nice and the attendants are helpful and friendly.

We loved Poggio Giulia and had an amazing holiday at this beautiful and quiet place. The place was very well maintained and clean. The surrounding garden was beautiful and the pool was perfect and clean. It is situated on a small hilltop and has a lovely typical tuscan view and tranquility. Last but not least the owners were always available and very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it’s a remote property.

Beautiful property, exactly like the photos. Rural and remote as the property is on a hill; there’s a beautiful pool which is so refreshing on hot days. Kitchenette with all you need to make some delicious meals, Coop supermarket 10 minute drive away, laundry for $3. Everything is well maintained. The sun sets behind the pool and the property looks like a postcard. Elisabetta and her family are very warm, helpful, kind, and are easy to talk to. Close to points of interest: ~45 mins from Florence, 30 mins to San Giminiano, 20 mins to San Miniato (white truffles), 25 mins to Certaldo (cute hill town).

A beautiful escape after so busy days in the tourist towns. Poggio Giulia was so peaceful and picturesque. Elizabetta couldn’t have been more kind or helpful.

It is a great property! Newly built property with very comfortable well equipped apartments. Nicely decorated and very clean. Very nice and well maintained garden and the pool. Federico and Elisabetta are wonderful hosts. It is a perfect place to relax, recharge and visit multiple interesting towns and vineries around the property . I highly recommend it!

We visited for a week and I must say it was perfect. Accommodation is located on top of the hill, so you can be amazed by the view of Tuscany all the time. It is very peacefull, with very friendly hosts, who are happy to help you with any tips. Many beautiful Tuscan cities are about 50 min drive away. Store is few minutes away. Rooms are beutiful, decorated with sence for ditails. They have everything you need. Pool is big and clean. I would love to come back.

Good accommodation, only recently opened. Lovely location. Nice pool. Central for visiting many Tuscan towns. Near the Francigena path if you fancy a nice mountain bike ride in the morning.

Maybe the only thing that could be added to the kitchen is a water boiler to make tea.

We came for the first time at poggio giulia and we don't regret it. The accommodation was great. Nice maisonette well organized with all the comfort you need (good beds, airco, kitchen, towels, even hair dryer) . The view was stunning as we ate outside in front of the house on the terrace. The pool was clean and well maintained. Even if there were other guests we still had space and privacy. The hosts, Elisabetha and Alessandro and Federico were very friendly and always ready to help us and answer questions and provide us with good advice to visit the neighbourhood. We can absolutely recommend to stay here. Thank you we had a lovely holiday. We will surely return. Grazie! Romane and family

Situated atop a hill in the heart of Tuscany, this property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. With a swimming pool and the opportunity to enjoy dinner while witnessing the sunset, it is truly a memorable experience. Although we didn't have a car and faced some challenges with transportation, the owners of the property went above and beyond by offering us a ride to the nearby town of Certaldo. There, we had the privilege of immersing ourselves in a captivating festival of art and music.

The property is lovely. The views are amazing and you can’t tear yourself away from the fantastic pool. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. San Gimignano is a charming town and is about 40 minute drive away. Elisabetta was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing country escape in beautiful Tuscany. Views worth it alone!

During our visit to Tuscany, we decided to spend a relaxing night in the countryside, just right in the middle between Pisa and Florence. We enjoyed the serenity of the place, the views and the spacious rooms. Our kids loved having breakfast outside!
