We loved the relaxed vibe of the hotel. Beautiful rooms with excellent staff and delicious breakfasts. This boutique hotel was just what we needed at the end of our holiday.

Soundproofing not great neighbour upstairs stomping loudly and moving furniture. You could hear the conversation of loud american ladies for a next door. Thankfully the noise was only during the day very quiet at night. One part of the breakfast wasn't great but I provided direct feedback straight away and hotel said they would correct immediately which was fantastic and just how you want the hotel to respond. NOT DIRECTLY THE HOTEL - THEIR RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT - I went to one of the recommended restaurants Hostaria Da Pietro, directly next door to the hotel, whilst I was waiting at length for assistance not only did the Maitre D openly speak to one of the locals in italian looking directly at me telling them in italian (assuming I didn't understand) how much he detested having tourist customers take the seats away at the restaurant for the locals especially americans and british, he was looking directly at me whilst saying it. There was an empty table for two outside at the front, I asked if there were any tables available for one without a booking, after 20 mins of waiting and another group of three without a booking arrived after me, the owner, the waiter and the maitre'd all rudely and loudly one at a time told me there was no availability for just one person (humiliatingly so). I went back to the hotel and advised Mariana at reception, she was very kind and assisted me with another restaurant nearby and rang ahead to be sure. After half an hour I went back out only to find the same table still empty and of course the table of 3 had a table allocated. I have told the hotel know to remove from recommended list. Don't go there!!! The other restaurant was middle of the road, food was fresh but it was good, service very lovely but a bit slow food not brilliant but nice. Have recommended to the hotel that perhaps they review their recommended list.

The hotel gave me a room upgrade when I arrived. The staff were excellent with their customer service and they were super lovely. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. They provided recommendations on places to eat. Breakfast was included with the room. The setting was very beautiful and the rooftop terrace was great. Peaceful at night no noise issues. Room fantastically dark for sleeping, comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning works well. They do a night time service closing the curtains for you whilst you are out. Drinks can be provided in the afternoon by request. Fantastic location. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The breakfast is made to order, which is not convenient. Staff does not know what over-easy eggs are. Strong sewer smell from the sink.

The TV didn't work for us. It's only an issue because we wanted to watch EURO football. Also the light switch system was very fidgety and hard to figure out - every night was a 5 minute game to figure out how to turn all the lights off. Showers could have more water pressure - WiFi could be a bit faster.

Location, location, location. Staff was super friendly and helpful through WhatsApp. Breakfast is not all-you-can eat style, but it is fantastic and we never were able to finish it. Rooms were nice and large with high ceilings. Plenty of amenities and well ventilated. Terrace was nice for an evening sit down after a long day of walking.

We liked everything about the hotel.

The location was excellent. Very central to Piaza Del Popolo which is where many tours depart from. There were multiple restaurants nearby. The staff were so helpful & found us a doctor & pharmacy nearby when we weren’t well.

Fantastic experience in a very unique hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, well-decorated and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We also enjoyed occasional snack in the bar area before heading out to dinner. A wonderful place to base whilst in Rome.

Breakfast is ok because of the kind and helpful staff, but in terms of product and selection there is room for improvement.

Location, cleanliness, quiet street just off the busy one. The personnel that makes sure you have everything you ask for. Room being made a couple of times in the day. Great aperitif at the terrace. Thank you all!
