It’s a paradise! Beautiful views, very nice and helpfull staff, delicious food - the dinner was like from a micheline star restaurant. We will come back for sure! We really enjoyed our stay there.

Food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal, as was the wine selection and the service. There is a good sized pool with fantastic views. We also loved the location, set a short distance from the town but well and truly on the countryside surrounded by olive groves and vineyards

Wow! What an amazing few days at Podere Bellavista. They have managed to make the feel of the property a combination of a 5 star hotel and also your home away from home. The service is some of the best we have experienced. Being able to order food and drink to anywhere you are sitting through WhatsApp is a great idea and works so well. The food and wine list are impeccable - all of the staff are hugely knowledgeable and make ordering and dining a dream experience. The small eco friendly details such as refilled water bottles in your fridge and the made to order breakfast make are great. The food is delicious - compliments to the chefs!

Perfect location close to the village of San Gimignano, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and fully equipped. The bistro served delicious dishes and wine, the pool was great and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a fantastic time!

Stayed in Italy for almost one month and the 3 days spent here were by far the best. Accommodation was clean and large. Staff were super friendly. Pool and facilities including the dining was exceptional. 10/10

The staff and their cat were wonderful hosts. Rooms were gorgeous, every thing that you might need had been thought about and provided. The tiny restaurant was a delight and the food was delicious. The view and the terrace to enjoy it from are beautiful.

The bathroom in Rita suite was very small, shame as everything else spacious. The wait time for drinks was up to 30min, this could be improved.

Beautiful property, immaculately kept with great views and swimming pool. Staff friendly and welcoming. Meals, breakfast and dinner outstanding. Walking distance to San Gimi.

Our room (Vittoria) has too big steps going downwards to the bathroom, and in order for guests not to fall - there's an automatic light turning on upon movement. Well, that light might disturb the sleeping spouse... The gardening and the cleaning might start a bit early and disturb the ones who like to sleep late.

The hotel is a few minutes drive from the parking lots of San Gimignano and you can see the old city from the premises. The staff is very very friendly, the coffee was good, and the place is very tidy and clean. It seems like a lot of work is performed at all daylight hours to make the garden look awesome. In case you want a drink or light meal - you can whatsapp the team and it will be delivered to you (room, pool, lawns, etc.).

Podere Bellavista is in the most idyllic Tuscany countryside. The service and facilities are second to known. The food was amazing. Highly recommend staying in to enjoy the evening meals sitting in the open air, next to the Olive trees with the town San Gimignano in view. Great value for money, fine dining. The pool is magnificent. The rooms, modern and very clean, set amongst beautiful gardens. So many places to sit and relax and soak up all the beautiful surroundings.

Nothing. Due to the older style villa the bathrooms were smaller but did not matter to us at all. The rest of this resort blew us away.

Everything was amazing. Most comfortable beds and pillows so far in Europe. The service was exceptional. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the dinners were always unique. I really hope to go again!

Beautiful farmhouse owned by Virginia and Andrea in the hills of Tuscany with a nice view of San Gimignano. The owners took great pride in their property and all of the rooms, I believe there are nine rooms. Ours was extremely comfortable, clean and decorated in local style. The on-site kitchen was amazing. The evening meal on arrival was a 4- course meal, absolutely delicious. Wine selection was amazing as you can imagine. Breakfast was equally good. Beautiful property set among 250 olive trees, which they produce and sell, the pool is beautiful and relaxing and offers a gorgeous view of the hills and San Gimignano. We absolutely loved this stay!!
