Unpractical bathroom no place to hang up clothes or to put own personal belongings while in the shower, the only option was the floor.

Location wise it was good, only 10-15 min by foot from the train station and the cathedral, I liked that they cleaned the bathroom every day.

Lots of restrictive rules, for example you cannot bring your own food or drinks inside the rooms. Seems like a lot of school field trips stay at this hostel, which got a little loud and annoying.

The room was very modern and spacious for the value. The staff were very responsive, and you had an incredible view form the balcony. Laundry service and the restaurant was very nice. The rooftop chilling area was very nice as well. Appreciated daily housekeeping.

It is not mentioned on booking.com that it is a backpackers so we were a little annoyed about that when we found out on our way there but it wasn’t actually that bad. It wasn’t noisy at night and we had a room away from any dorms. One thing that was annoying was that no one could check in until 3pm so it was ridiculously busy checking in - quite a few teenage/young adult groups. The reception area and exit ways to the rooms was chaotic. We did feel old being in our 50’s but the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good location, mix op people, young and older. breakfast good arranged, many options. the beds were comfortable, the shower clean and nice. Overall i had a happy stay! From the airport i took the tram, and walked the last km to the location, all good.

A little heavy handed on being eco friendly. The rooms require a key card be left in a slot by the door to enable lights. If you leave the room, you have to arrange someone else to put their card there. In the common area toilets, the lights turn off after a few minutes, and can't be reactivated from within the toilet stall, so you could be left in the dark. Laundry washing machines don't spin out clothes, so have to do it manually in the sink, then have to pay for two dryer cycles to fully dry clothes because of the excess moisture. I raised it with staff and they said that's just how it is. Check-in took 45 mins with only 10 people in the line and two people on the counter. This is bit too long in my opinion. Shower doesn't drain quick enough, so have to turn off the shower frequently to stop it from flooding. Pillow on bed was very thin. I had to fold it in half to make it comfortably. I haven't had to do this at other hostels. Lockers require thick padlock to push the locking mechanism in far enough.

Close to the train station. Neighbourhood was clean. They provide a towel free of charge. Lots of common areas. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Lockers were large.

1. Breakfast buffet was for 9 euros which I though was a bit expensive. 2. One of the elevators did not work properly. 3. They charge 3 euros for luggage storing. After the amount we pay (which is quite a lot), I believe this could be complimentary.

1. Walking distance from Strozzi Fallaci tram station. 2. Extremely clean, hygienic. 3. Provided me a clean towel every day for the 4 days I stayed. 4. Well lit and ventilated rooms. 5. Clean toilet, bathroom everyday. 6. Shower gel and soap was provided on a daily basis. 7. Extremely comfortable bed with inbuilt charging sockets. 8. Great outdoor area to relax by the pool and dining space. 9. Again I guess I was lovely to get fantastic room mates like Colleen and Madison who made the stay for great. 10. Variety of options for breakfast. 11. Great view from the terrace, including of the Duomo.

Staff were never in a rush to help. For the cost, I was expecting more. No real "kitchen", just a microwave and kettle.

I wish you didn’t need a key card to turn the power on in the room. It was difficult coordinating that with people in the room. Also I wish there was something to hang clothes or towels in the shower. There was nowhere to set your things. Also the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos

I like the hostel’s proximity to the historic center. The beds were really comfortable and the lockers were big enough to fit a carryon suitcase or full backpack. The room was also very spacious.. also the en-suite toilet was separate from the shower which was nice . The property is very clean.

Location little away from Tourist attractions.

Clean private room with bathroom, size is decent. Excellent breakfast & facilities like rooftop, common area. Although location is convenient from Florence Central Station, it is on opposite side of tourist attractions.
