Even though its a hostel, the private room was clean and quiet. Comfy beds and pillows.

1. Breakfast buffet was for 9 euros which I though was a bit expensive. 2. One of the elevators did not work properly. 3. They charge 3 euros for luggage storing. After the amount we pay (which is quite a lot), I believe this could be complimentary.

1. Walking distance from Strozzi Fallaci tram station. 2. Extremely clean, hygienic. 3. Provided me a clean towel every day for the 4 days I stayed. 4. Well lit and ventilated rooms. 5. Clean toilet, bathroom everyday. 6. Shower gel and soap was provided on a daily basis. 7. Extremely comfortable bed with inbuilt charging sockets. 8. Great outdoor area to relax by the pool and dining space. 9. Again I guess I was lovely to get fantastic room mates like Colleen and Madison who made the stay for great. 10. Variety of options for breakfast. 11. Great view from the terrace, including of the Duomo.

Staff were never in a rush to help. For the cost, I was expecting more. No real "kitchen", just a microwave and kettle.

The rooftop and pool area were great. Plenty of common space.

The ladder on my bed was weirdly placed, near my head... should be at our feet instead.

I wish you didn’t need a key card to turn the power on in the room. It was difficult coordinating that with people in the room. Also I wish there was something to hang clothes or towels in the shower. There was nowhere to set your things. Also the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos

I like the hostel’s proximity to the historic center. The beds were really comfortable and the lockers were big enough to fit a carryon suitcase or full backpack. The room was also very spacious.. also the en-suite toilet was separate from the shower which was nice . The property is very clean.

Location little away from Tourist attractions.

Clean private room with bathroom, size is decent. Excellent breakfast & facilities like rooftop, common area. Although location is convenient from Florence Central Station, it is on opposite side of tourist attractions.

Smoking was allowed in the courtyard and smoking was not controlled on the balconies. The smell of cigarettes entered the room. The water in the pool was very cold. You weren't allowed to drink your own drinks at the pool, but the bar didn't open until four o'clock. The air conditioning could not be adjusted or turned off. No minibar in the room. The machine was broken and you couldn't pay by card.

The courtyard and pool were nice. Great location. Definitely nice for young people. I cannot recommend it for adults and couples.

Great location in the city center with lots of restaurants nearby. Perfect for meeting new people and making friends. However, amenities need improvement—only one mirror in a 6-female dorm and no charging points near it or in the washroom.

The people in my room were a little noisy and they didn’t have the bed made when I walked in, small complaints though.

Breakfast was nice and filled me up for a good 7 or 8 hours of walking. The bar and pool give alongside the breakfast make the whole place feel like a hotel but it’s a social one.

The bar is very expensive, definitely worth going somewhere else for a drink. Check in also took a very long time and there was a long queue for this. It’s so big that you get a very impersonal feeling

The hostel is more like a hotel, so if you’re looking for a hostel experience this is not the place… For such a large property I was surprised it didn’t have a proper shared kitchen.

The rooms were a good size and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor pool was lovely.

Street outside our room was noisy.

Location is great. Close to station and the central market. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Room was clean and offers option to store your luggage which was great.

There is a very limited kitchen, only a microwave, kettle and fridge. No cooktop and no cooking utensils. I was told off for eating my prepared meal outside by the pool as this was the ‘bar area’, so instead had to sit in the dark common room

Very clean hostel, and the dormitory’s were great, large enough for big suitcases and big lockers. Charging points about each bed. And lovely shower and toilet

The bed I was in had a creaking noise which made is difficult for me to fall asleep quickly.

The policy to only give one key per reservation is unacceptable for friends traveling together. The rooms would be more comfortable with curtains on the beds for privacy.

Nice clean and spacious rooms, towels and sheets provided and changed during our stay. Good AC and extensive facilities.
