The hotel was spotless clean with a very spacious bedroom. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the location was great to visit Lucca (by car) and very easy to find.

On Sunday the reception service closes around 2 pm, This means there is no service at the all, this is not specified or said at booking or check in stage so, if you have any luggage to store and collect later, you might be charged for late check out. This happened to me, not professional. Better you verify hotel rules to avoid surprises. Loud voices come at night from the backyard as there is the kitchen of a restaurant in the same building. So better ask for front road rooms.

We travel around Europe and this is one of the best Hotels we have booked. Very nice and helpful Staff. We were late to check in, but the Receptionist was very polite and waited for us. Thank you! The room is large, comfortable and perfectly clean, with air conditioning.Very tasty breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Safe parking in the garage. There is really everything you need to relax. I highly recommend it!

Very nice! Very friendly lady at reception. Arriving a bit before check-in time was no problem. Big room, very clean. Large parking space behind hotel and an underground garage! Strategic position a short drive from Lucca and Pisa. Would come back any time. Even left a tupperware in the fridge for next time ;)

I was surprised when they called me around 9pm that they are closing the doors we was almost 50 miles away from the hotel we can’t had dinner because we was panicking when I told her she was saying they emailed which I never received I travel a lot but never had this situation it’s an proper hotel it’s not family run bed and breakfast that they have some rules that you have to be on time that’s why I never stayed any family running b&b when I was left city to going to the hotel we got lost because address was wrong because I was panicking and she keep calling where are you I almost had accident anyway finally we went to hotel at 11 pm without any dinner was really hungry but sleep without any food and panicking next morning our flight hotel is quite far from airport couldn’t sleep all night so will not advise to go to that hotel
