We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaAir conditioning did not work and repair not available until the next day. Thankfully the weather was good so we opened the windows. Breakfast was served from 0730. We notified desk that we were leaving by 0700, and no accommodations were made. There was a water kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. Strange since they advertise a room service.
The room was ready & staff was there when I arrived. The location is just a short walk from the train station as advertised. The shower was fantastic. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but squeaked…tolerable.

UkraineBooking suggested upgrading the room to the one with a balcony, but in reality it was already occupied. It wasn't a big problem, however, synchronization with booking requests and hotel seemed not to work properly.
Nice family hotel very close to the train station. Basic facilities, all working good, traditional Italian breakfast and tasty coffee. I loved the view from the window and the sundown.

Very good location convenient for catching morning flight from Lamezia Terme Airport and also very close to the Lamezia Terme Centrale (train station). Kind and helpful staff. Caffes / Bars you can have breakfast / lunch or dinner with 5 minutes of walking. The room is large.

PolandWe stayed at the hotel only for one night but it was really ok. The bus stop to the airport (Lamezia) is located 5 minutes away so it was really convenient for us. The room and bathroom were really clean and spacious. Despite the fact that the airport and railway station are close to the hotel, it was really quiet. There is no elevator but it wasn't a problem for us.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged taxi service to take us to the airport in the morning and promptly phoned the taxi when it was late in arriving. The room, while small, was clean.

United StatesWifi seems to be in place on each floor, but it did not work at all. There isn't much around the area, but luckily they have a small snack kitchen downstairs with coffee, water, beer, cereal and croissants.
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We arrived hours before our check-in time, and they still managed to let us in a matter of minutes, offering us coffee while we wait. The room was spotless and has cold AC.
