We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandBy far the best selection of breakfast choices we've seen en route, and serving late until 11am too. Meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurts, fresh fruit, various cereals, and a whole range of sweet and savoury tarts.. plus Italian coffee, fresh juices etc., etc.. and all served by very friendly and accommodating staff in a cosy, stylish and picturesque cafe/bar..

RomaniaThis is not up to the hotel, is more for the customers. We had a couple next to us that was really loud and we found this quite disturbing as we had our toddler with us. Please be aware that walls are thin and your neigbours deserve to have a peaceful night and everyone in the hotel deserves respect.
The place is really clean, room warm, breakfast really good, i think one of the owner prepared us the coffee and was really good. They also have a ricotta cake... best cake ever. Please consider this when you visit Turin because if you have a car rented, the distance to the city centre is acceptable.

United KingdomQuite noisy in the the late evening, walls are thin and you can hear a lot. Decor is ok but things are a bit tired and worn out.
Breakfast was good- many pastries and sweet treats as well as cereals and fruit etc. Nice bright and pleasant dining room. Comfy beds and clean rooms

GreeceThe furniture in the room are a little bit dated,although room seems renovated.Bathroom is quite small,although shower is very convenient.Heating in the evening was not working in the room,as we had our check in quite late,but in the morning it was better.The housekeeping was quite noisy out of the rooms.
The location was closed to Pala Alpitour stadium,very convenient for watching ATP finals.It was very cleaned and the room was comfortable with a nice view of the golf camp.The mattress was excellent.Breakfast was simple,good and tasty pastry cakes with an amazing espresso made in bar.Free parking.The owners in the reception were very polite and gentle to give any info regarding the area.

United KingdomSlightly more choice for the breakfast would have been nice. Maybe if they could sell bus tickets at reception? Many guests will rely on the bus to get into town and there are no vendors nearby.

United KingdomI use two time bar, i order sane drink , but i payd different price for same drink. My wife lost airpods near reception, receptionist found it and don’t say me about me, i ask on next day about this because i lnow he is have cctv and he is say sorry i dont found any airpods, when i push sounds on aplication find my phone, and he is still start work, receptionist came to me and take me back my airpods.
Design, small hotel but with free parking space, and amazing breakfast.

We - as a family - spent 1 night in the hotel driving from France to Hungary. We desired a clean room, comfortable bed and amenities as showergel, big towels etc., good breakfast (and cafe) and flexible staff. We got everything :) thank you! The hotel has an easy access to the motorway (8 minutes).

ItalyWe stayed here only for 2 days one night. But that one night is terrible, their air conditioned does not function well, we specially my kids did not sleep very well. Its very sad because the hotel was cute and clean , the breakfast is okay, the staff is good. But sad to say , its very hot this summer in italy, its terrible to sleep because of hot weather and then the air condition did not function well. they should know that we need a cold and comfortable room on that day... so its not okay 😞😞😞
