Too few seats at the pool and especially for booking.com customers the seats at the beach are not included in the price, as they are for ‘regular’ guests.

New sunbeds are desperately needed, it took us a while to find ones that weren’t broken. There is one lift for the whole hotel which is only big enough for 4 people maximum, so we spent a lot of time waiting for that.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping also very helpful. The location was right by the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely, very quiet and peaceful when we went. A decent breakfast with a good range of options. There were free bikes to use. We also got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise!

Outdated rooms, Wi-Fi not working, when we booked our stay it was written that sunbeds on beach are included but when we arrived it was said that they charge 10€ per day. It wasn't really clean. A lot of mold everywhere in the room. Water in the pool was freezing cold. There were algee on the tiles of the pool. At dinner time we had to wait for 20 minutes to even be able to order our drinks and get a menu for dinner.

I booked a twin room (travelling with a mate) but they put us in a double and didn't have any twins available.

The location was great and their breakfast had a good selection. Each room also has an allocated umbrella and lounges on the beach which I really like.

Super nice hotel. We stayed a few nights to enjoy a bit of sun and relax. The breakfast was lovely, pretty big with lots of choices. The rooms were especially clean. The staff was all super lovely and friendly, particularly Mr Donato which kept us company and gave us great advice! Next time we’re in Jesolo will definitely come back! Thank you!

Cleaning room service after 5-6 p.m were last 3 days Hotel’s staff forgot to remind that 1 bottle of water during free dinner need to be paid, so after check out you need to pay big check Horrible doors noise from guests rooms and staff who clean rooms, so if you try to take a nap be ready. Conditioner from last age work only in one temperature range, that very uncomfortable in summer with +35(+40). Also WiFi work good in early morning and after 6 p.m., I believe it’s not so bad but it hast to be informed before booking
