Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeHowever there is a caveat with the property that there are quite a number of stairs. My family of 4 stayed in the level 1 and level 2 apartment. The level 1 apartment has a manageable amount of stairs, so it was still alright to carry the luggage bags but the level 2 apartment had like about 3-4 flights of spiral stairs which was tiring. However if your bags are light or you are bringing backpacks that shouldn't stop you from staying at such a nice, lovely apartment.
I preferred the method of self-check in, rather than waiting for the owner to arrive. The house was easy to find and it was in a great area. Lots of restaurants and bakeries surrounding it, nice views of a quintessential Italian town. The apartments were really clean and well stocked with snacks/spreads/coffee. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were well settled. When I mentioned that there was a small issue with the door handle, they sent a repairman the next day to fix it which was very considerate. The apartment is also big and spacious with a queen-sized bed on top and a L-shaped sofa on the bottom floor. I would recommend 2 people in each loft but it is possible to fit 3-4 with 2 sleeping on the sofa. There's good air-conditioning and a standing fan at the top floor. Bathroom has good water pressure and stocked with bath towels/soaps.

BulgariaAs we're traveling with 6 months old baby, it was a bit inconvenient carrying the baby stroller, our big suitcase and other baggage on stairs. This has not spoiled our stay but someone with lots of baggage should have in mind that everything needs to be carried up and down.
The apartment has nice interior and is comfortable. We really like the design and the atmosphere it creates. The location is top. The host is very friendly and flexible when problems appear. There was some issue with the water heating but Giuseppe quickly found a solution that made us happy.
