Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandOne of the 3 swimming pools is heated, but it is the one reserved for adults - not that great for the kids, especially in spring, when it's not yet that warm.
Good location to explore both the Sardinien interior (Sadali), and the beautiful beaches of Cala Gonone (i.e. Cala Goloritze).

Austria1. At the end of our vacation the hotel staff could not organize the transfer to the nearest city which is located only 5 minutes away by car in order to take the public bus to Cagliari. We were very disappointed about it. 2. The air conditioning didn't work at the beginning of our vocation. We should speek about this with the staff. 3. Also we were confused about the payment at checkout. Some services were booked on the card though we didn't use it. So we should control our bills very carefully.
1. We liked very much using the facilities like tennis court, swimming pool, beach bar and relaxing on the beach. 2. In general the staff of resort was very friendly and helpful. During our vacation we had a little accident. My wife injured her finger and we received good and quick support by staff. 3. The location is very nice, clean, very well organized and full of beautiful flowers. We enjoyed it a lot. 4. Many services are included in price like wind surf, bicycle or tennis. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

Austriaprobably there could be a bottleneck at the coffee-bar during breakfast-rush-hour. i do not understand, why the first two rows of beach loungers are for extra charge.
pretty cool resort with three pools and its own beach with crystal clear water including a beach bar, beach loungers and free water sports possibilities. the rooms are located across the whole resort and are clean and well-equipped with AC, terrace, bathroom and storing possibilities. furthest room is about 200-300m from central house. breakfast is very good, with choice of different fruits and vegetables, a good selection of ham and cheese, scrambled eggs with beacon and also some sweet breakfast options. you also have the option to have lunch and dinner at the resort - we just tried the Friday's Sardinian dinner, which was delicious. there are lots of public parking slots in front of the the resort. the staff tries to help in every situation: one day we got a breakfast-package (we left already at 5am for sightseeing) and also late checkout at 3pm was no problem. in general if you plan to do some trips, you are required to rent a car. the location itself is good for doing hiking, climbing, swimming.

SwedenIf you are tired of the nose of the big cities and a crazy tempo of your life, then Perdepera resort is for you. With great service, quiet and comfortable rooms, tasty food, this hotel perfectly fits in local nature: warm terracotta sea, huge beach accompanied by the cedar groves, incredible sun rises and a total calm. No rush, no stress, just relax. Possibility to play table tennis is a huge +. Beach umbrella and chaise lounge were constantly available and comfortable. Thank you, Perdepera resort team, for your great job and personal attitude! We will definitely come back.

New ZealandFood was really disappointing, dinner felt quite pricey at €25 however is a buffet - cheap and cheerful food rather than great quality, however at price point I can accept this. Overall good value for money.
Great location and good facilities. Right on the beach and free loungers and umbrella. Great beach bar.

It’s a resort but thanks to individual bungalows that are drawing on the wild vegetation it feels like a quite intimate place. Pools were amazing as well as the beach bar. Beach just there with free sun-beds We had a late flight in the evening and they allowed us to have a later check out.

United KingdomService in the bar area was very slow and the staff seemed reluctant to work the room taking orders. However quality & pricing of drinks was good. It would also have been nice if drinks were served by the bar staff around the pool area which is adjacent to the bar. Whilst the resort is self-contained there is very little else in the immediate vicinity. Apart from the Mirage beach restuarant there is nowhere else to walk to on an evening for a meal. Even with a car it is a significant drive to anywhere with shops & restuarants - Bari Sardo is a 15-minute drive and there is not a lot there.
The resort offers excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. I would recommend paying extra for a superior room as it is not only bigger & lighter but is on the first floor of the bungalow units so has a nice balcony with views. Some of the single storey & ground-floor apartments seemed quite dark & dingy. The pool areas and access to the private beach are excellent, there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available at no extra cost. The sea was a bit rough on our first two days and we were concerned that it wasn't going to be a good swimming beach but it was much calmer after this and was delightful to swim in. The pools were very clean and a very comfortable temperature. The lazy pool with jacuzzi & waterful was like a warm bath and very relaxing. We mostly ate dinner in the buffet restaurant. At 25 Euros per person including water & wine it was very good value. The range of antipasti, pasta and meat & vegetables was good and varied enough in our 10-day stay to keep us interested. The beach bar & a la carte restuarant made a nice change from time to time and we also ate at the Mirage restaurant which is just a short walk south along the beach and is very good, if a little pricey. Breakfast also was buffet style and very good & varied. Staff throughout the resort were generally very professional, friendly & helpful.

United KingdomNo iron available. Hotel should consider a deposit system for this. Room felt a bit dated.
It was always possible to get a lounger in the shade or in the sun near the pool. No issues with people reserving loungers. Good breakfast. Pool bar was good for lunch. Afternoon tea was a good touch. Good base to explore - we only ate once in the evening there - rest of the time we went to local restaurants. Nice swimming pools which were warm enough.

NetherlandsBuffet for food was alright but not the best food and not that many options. There were no a la carte options for dinner at the resort. We found a nice restaurant a 200 metres or so down the beach. Fridge in the room was pretty small. There is a lot of onsite entertainment with a lot of loud music. For example there is water aerobics everyday at 11:30h, also sometimes in the afternoon and at night there is dancing for the kids and other entertainment. I could have done without this loud music.
Beautiful location! Wonderful mountains and sea. Nice layout free of cars and lots of greenery. Very friendly staff who were alright and accomodating for pretty much anything: extra pillow, drinks in the pool, driving your luggage to your room etc. Bungalows (standard rooms) were big but a little outdated (but true to the pictures). Wonderful swimming pools of which one was just for adults (this was one of the few things the staff really enforced). We liked the beach bar a lot: good cocktails and a la carte lunch. If you do not have the all in option, it is easy to decide per meal if youd like to join: dinner is 25 and lunch 20 euros per person (including water and wine). Paying is also easy: you get a card that you register everything on and pay at the end of your trip. There is a free water tap in the restaurant where you can fill your bottles.
