Staff in the lobby seems quite careless, both on arrival and departure. Luggage can be dropped off, but it’s not stored securely. I only received a bathroom floor mat and no towels. That could be an honest mistake, but it was still inconvenient. Since there is no one present in the evening, I was not able to ask for any.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to everything and close to the train station.

The bathroom was a bit strange in how the toilet flush was located in the wall and had to be pressed multiple times to get flush going, like a pumping mechanism button. The bidet is unnecessary and just makes the bathroom feel small. The fan didn't help much with the heat. An AC or more fans would be much better.

Superb location in Santa Maria Novella and close to some very cool local spots like Giacosa 1815 bar. The room was spacious and comfortable with good modern window fixtures.

There's no AC, though there is a ceiling fan and windows. Also it was so loud on the street outside the room. We had to choose between having the windows open for some air or closing them for some silence.

The location was fantastic, so close to the Duomo, shopping, good restaurants and tourist spots. Loved the private bathroom, and it felt very safe. We were also able to leave our luggage there before we left the city. Very awesome!

No air con (clearly stated and booked in full knowledge). It’s a bit tired everywhere and juts needs a refurb. But it was cheap and the loco is superb.

I didn't like that they made me pay for the tourist tax when it was already included in the booking, as described in the booking.com reservation. Although I showed it to them, they made me pay in money anyways. The hotel is in a fair state, but could use some remodeling.

Not their fault, I guess I didn’t make sure they had air conditioning, but it was impossible to sleep. The room was an oven. So, make sure it is not summer when you go there, or make sure you find a room with AC

Air conditioning was not working, only fan...and at 40 C is not pleasant to have only a fan at 4th floor... in one room the woods under the mattress were missing. Otherwise all was ok

The room doesn’t have air conditioning, it can be very hot at night. There is a ceiling fan in the room, which helps a little. I didn’t mind, but if you prefer sleeping in a cooler room, maybe you’ll have a hard time.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. I booked it in the morning, we arrived late afternoon, when the reception was already closed. But I received the email with all the directions on how to get in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Reception only open 9am to 5pm and no one there outside those times. Rooms not really serviced so no option for clean towels if needed and we had to grab some spare loo roll from the communal bathroom. It's really noisy as it is above a bar and opposite a bar.

Very easy location for the tourist sites. Ceiling fan and good shutters to help with the temperature. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Incredibly good value for money if you don't mind not having the luxuries. More hostel-like than hotel.

Location was superb within walking distance of all the main sights enabling us to see the highlights of Florence in the afternoon we had before our onward morning journey. We received a lovely warm welcome and local information with the detailed map provided by the receptionist which was really appreciated. Also shower was great and fam is the room helpful in the warmth.

Very uncomftable, unwelcome room. I wish to Quick sleep and run away. Didn.t read properly that batroom was outside the room. The room was at the last third floor, no lift ( i had heavy bags and disabled mum).

Old school building made it look antique. Huge ceiling fan to cool the room down. The window gave a decent view of the next building. Was able to get a taxi very early in the morning to get a ride to the airport.

Second day of stay they neglect cleaning the room. They mentiond a coffee machine is available but it was not exist. But overall, is good place
