The street itself is just okay. There are numerous vendors selling all sorts of cheap sunglasses, shoes, hats etc. The closest restaurants are very fast food oriented including a McDonalds.

The staff was terrific as was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. There is an elevator which makes luggage much easier and someone on duty 24/7 I felt secure in the hotel, and the location which is walkable from central station is good,.

Very convenient location due to proximity to the train station, but not the best part of town.... because of the proximity to the train station.

We picked the location for the proximity to the train station, which was only a few steps away. Breakfast was in a small, but comfortable room with friendly staff basic breakfast and good coffee. Also below is a small very reasonably priced bakery with really good sweets.

hotel is close to the train station but the surrounding street is noisy and felt unsafe. also washroom had only bidet and not proper toilet. lucky, we were staying for only one night.

The area wasn’t great and was a little scary at night.

it is difficult to find a property in Europe who can accommodate the size of my family. once you get past the front door and into the room, it was perfect.

The only downside to this hotel is it's unfortunate location. I was in a group of 3 females, the oldest, being 73 and we did not feel safe in the immediate surrounding area. Others may not find the area an issue for them, I can only speak for my own group. We had also been told by others that the area wasn't good and to make sure we were back in the hotel by midnight, our stay was on a Saturday night so not sure if that is the case every night.

The guy on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and polite. He gave us a map of the city and pinpointed areas of interest and where was good to eat. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and clean, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. They even brought us a lovely continental breakfast right to our room in the morning. If the hotel was in a nicer location, I would not hesitate to give it and the staff 10 out of 10.

Helpfulness of staff. Changing linen daily. Modern and clean facilities. Recommended Uber was excellent; both the driver and his wife went out of their way to help us. Close to railway station.

Lifts we old a rickety, it was inna not very nice area of naples…. We did not feel safe. We arrived very late due to a missed flight… air con not working, no water in the room…. Cost a fortune….. breakfast was a coffee and a croissant…. Ask owner to book a cab, they used their own and cost 40 euros to get to airport.

No toilet seat, sketchy location, dirty sheets and room, ring a bell every time you enter (one for the building, and one for the floor) or you won’t be let in. owner also chased us down, told me (a young female) he was watching me through the cameras and smiled, withheld our keys from us while our luggage was in our room, spit in our faces, and mocked our inability to speak Italian. he was racist and extremely rude.

Once you arrive at the street it will feel like a nightmare, it feels very unsafe especially at night. The shower did not work properly, it was a trickle of water.. also the bed is not comfortable at all, you will feel every spring. There was no sound isolation, the toilet flush of other rooms will wake you up. At night there were a lot of people talking loudly within the hotel corridors. Even though the hotel is expensive for what you get, we decided to leave (without refund…) after the first (out of two) night to find another hotel. Breakfast is scanty.

We enjoyed the most: leaving this hotel. Parking and station were close (<300m). We paid 28€ for one night as the advised parking was full. City center was at 20/30min walk. The manager Nunzio was friendly and gave some nice advice. No one spoke English except him though.

The location was kind of a double whammy very close to central station and bus stops but the road itself is a little sketchy at all times.
