A little bit longer way to the center, but we didn't have a problem with transport.

We've had a great time in Patrizia Romana Palace! Everything was excellent, the apartment was very nice, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The terrace is absolutely perfect! The staff was super nice and very helpful, explained to us everything we needed to know. Andrea was so great, after we checked out, he helped us so much, that we will be always thankful! 🥹

Facilities like tea, coffee, toiletries were missing. Location was slightly away from center, although connectivity was quite reasonable. Room size was slightly small and compact. Construction was going on in the corridor just outside our room.

The kitchen stuff was nice. The staff was helpful in providing directions and advice. Pre instructions were all good.

The appartment was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were nice and helpful. There are 2 supermarkets close to the location and it's easy to get to the center by bus or by tram.

Honestly, we really loved everything about our room and I can't think of a flaw. I guess the elevator occasionally took its time getting up to the third floor, but that's about it.

We LOVED our room and the staff and room service were wonderful, too! The location was great because it was close to public transit and plenty of little shops and cafés. We were even able to get our laundry done before leaving!

After the room was cleaned, the room was left open. There was a laptop, documents and other equipment in the room. It was lucky that nothing happened or was lost. It was not very nice.

Normal hotel, under renovation, but it does not interfere much with the stay.

Service was excellent! On the very beginning we got instructions on main things from administrator Andrea. Also appreciated opportunity to leave our bag for few hours after checking out and still have some more time to spend in Rome.

The only negative thing was the bed which was uncomfortable. Perhaps it needs to be changed.

It is quiet far from the center of Rome. It was annoying mainly because of the public transport which was always late.

We stayed at the second floor. The bed was comfortable. Every day came someone from cleaning service. A supermarket was really close to us, so we could prepare our breakfast.

The room was good but the only problem that I had was in the bathroom at the toilet ( he was broken ) and the water was coming non stop and I couldn't stop it and the guy from reception was coming to fix it but temporarily unfortunately.

The staff was very welcome and the room was looking really nice. The thing that I really like it was the garden that was behind the place and you could stay there.

The location was a little out the way for mainstream Rome but the bus was close and the electric bikes/scooters make it very easy to get around.

There was a lack of kitchen basic equipment I had to buy the kithchen sponge as the present was not very hygenic.

Noisy people next door, kids making a racket and this was after 1130pm. TV didn't work.

Everything you need in relation to cooking, fridge, etc. bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet location.

The location of hotel was a little bit far from transport principal lines. Sometimes it was noisy because of reparation work in the building.

The hotel is enough comfortable, clean, the staff is very friendly and professional.
