We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe cleaning personal was extremely loud. They were shouting every morning and shut the doors. It woke us up the two nights we stayed. The isolation, at least in our room, was terrible. It is disappointing for a four star hotel.
Great location, close to everything. Rooms are big and the personal is friendly and professional. It is also a big plus to have a car park since it is very complicated to park in Santa Margherita and in the region in general.
