We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The pool area was beautiful and a nice break from the beach. The room is very spacious and modern like the inside layout of the hotel. The breakfast was substantial, being mainly pastries and sweets with some savoury dishes. The location of the hotel is a little out of the way from the main strip of restaurants and beach.

Nice room, comfy bed, yummy breakfast, convenient location. AC in the room which was a life saver given how hot it was outside.

The balcony with view was amazing!! Definitely worth the price if you’re getting the double room with sea view balcony! And the balcony was spacious! The location was excellent! The staff were nice It was very clean It had like a shelf in the lobby with basic things you need from the supermarket to buy

United KingdomParking was my first come first serve basis and we ended up having to pay €27 to park just up the road but it was too hot to hang around and wait for somebody else to move which isn’t the hotels fault. We had difficulty getting in the net of the shower as the opening of the doors were start the awkward.
Breakfast was below my expectation for the cost. The location was excellent

AustraliaParking is an issue as cannot be pre booked. Walls are paper thin. Shower is minute and dangerous stepping in and out. Aircon was noisy (was compensated). No tea or coffee making facilities. Paper cups and water not replenished at all. Pool towels cannot be taken to the beach. Pool walls and floor covered in algae.
Fit for purpose as our base for activities around the region. Breakfast was basic but substantial

The shower inside a bathtube had an old shower head that caused the water flux not to be very straight and the position inside the bathtube caused several times to step on the bathtube drain, closing it. Overall, showering was not so relaxing as expected. A corner of the bathroom looked like a worksite: not dangerous, but even not what you expect in a junior suite of a 4 star hotel
