We get not that room, which was shown on the photo on booking. Walls on the first floor (with my room, which was near reception, elevator and exit to terrace) very thin. Neighbors and personnel quite noisy all day.

Location is pretty far from the center of the city and nearest subway works only by 09:00 PM. Breakfasts are usual for Italy, just some coffee and croissants (not enough for some people). Staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. Free taxi from the airport beats some minor disadvantages.)

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was really clean, we also use the parking spot (we had to make a reservation earlier and pay for it extra). Localization of the hotel is pretty good. They provide small sweet breakfast :)

1 flat pillow each, remote buttons has lost some markings and tape to hold batteries in, no milk, not clear on having to make an appointment to be let in, What's app is their communication and hard when your not international roaming,

Lovely big room, great location, lovely staff, balcony was great for drying clothes and to have open for fresh air. For the price, it was better than expected.

The area is not too nice, but still walking distance from all attractions as well as bus stops. Still safe though.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean rooms, which are serviced daily. Proper showers and aircons. Restaurants close by.

It is a 15 minute walk from Termini, which is a bit lengthy if you are carrying luggage. Walls and doors are not well Isolated and you can hear neighboring rooms.

Our room was a bit loud as it faced the front, and the bathroom floor tended to flood when showering. The walls were thin, affecting the overall quietness.

The location was excellent, close to the central train station and main transportation to the airport. The staff, especially Ali at reception, were friendly and supportive. The hotel was clean with a beautiful backyard, and they offered us a delightful Italian breakfast with coffee, croissants, and tea.

Lift takes forever. Location in an area that might be dodgy at night (just not a strolling area). Walls are a bit thin and single room is small. But everything is fine for a one night stay.

Near the Termini Station. Comfy bed and had all the basic necessities available. Breakfast available was delightful with sweet cakes and pastries. But there’s coffee from a machine too. Wifi works great. TV wasn’t working initially and reception came up and fixed it. But I didn’t really like how they went in when I was out but I didn’t say anything. Maybe I should have. Reception gave recommendation foods in Italy and around the area. That was a nice touch.

Very clean, nice little complementary breakfast ( coffee and pastries) with a little courtyard. Excellent AC, so good that we had to turn it off! I needed an extra sheet as I need a bit of weight covering me while sleeping. I really liked our room ( 103) as it was away from the evaluator and I’d say even in the very warm months it would be quite cool ( it was only 27-32 degrees Celsius when we were there). Like any area near a main train station it was rundown ( the area) but we felt very safe and there were some great restaurants very near by. Kettle and mini fridge. We were able to drop out luggage off as we were far too early to check in and leaving we left it there for a few hours as well. All in all a very enjoyable place.
