We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MaltaWould recommend to put more complementary water to the room, and also to equip mini bar with wine glasses. Hairdryer must be changed - current one is not a drier at all…to put hair conditioner into the bathroom.
Hotel is great: new facility, great restaurant, bar and rooms are very clean, new, designed and decorated very well and smart.

United KingdomThis is a lovely hotel in a very quiet location, and the garden and excellent parking facilities are a great bonus. All the staff are very kind and courteous, which makes a stay here a real pleasure. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the food in the restaurant is delicious. In addition it is only a ten minute walk to cross the river and head to the centre of the city, where the cathedral, the baptistery and the art gallery can be visited, and the shopping is good too!

I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.

Modern and sizeable room; feels like brand new. Well furnished. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with free made to order option.

SwitzerlandOur stay was decent & staff is friendly. Yet this is definitely not a 5* hotel - noone gets your luggage, breakfast id poor, the bar is empty and not really a bar, no facilities, a bathroom with broken furniture and a coffee maker that was not working in the room… maybe a 4* but certainly not fair to compare to other 5* hotels. Definitely not worth the money.
Nice building with nice renaissance common spaces.
