no black spots. maybe a bit 70es "vintage" look . just a suggestion to the important owner Chincherini = with what You earn, it could give a coat of paint to the wooden windows, to the guard rail of the external terrace... and maybe change the unpresentable plastic chairs/table (on the terrace)... if you really can't afford it, at least decorate them with chair cushions/tablecloth ... the combi (2 cushions+ 80x80cm tablecloth) at Lidl costs 4 Euros... 😁

located on the sweet hills surronding the town of Garda ( by 20 minutes walk you get downtown ). very quiet place. fantastic park feat. a "right" swimming pool. king size room. decent breakfast. good value for your money.

The waiters at breakfast they even closed the lights on us. Poor service no help and rude. The bed was awful, they put a plank of plywood between the mattresses.

The young and the older waiter at the bar and the receptionists were incredible. The pool and terrasse.

Aircon was quite noisy, but at least it was there and did a good job in the warm summer

Oasi is a good Hotel with a convenient location near Garda city (10-15 minutes walk down hill) and good parking facilities arriving by car. We got a big room with a large bath room. The rooms has some rather old interior but it seems mostly to be well maintained. The beds was in my opinion comfortable, but my wife do not share my opinion so this is a very subjective matter. She find it to soft, and I think it was perfect :o) Breakfast offer a broad selection of cakes, fruit and bread. The pool has a good size and was not at any time crowdy Oasi is a Hotel that could do with a bit of paint here and there, but it is managed really well with a high service level, and the price is really fair for the service and facilities they offer. We will at any time be happy to come back.

A bus load of guests had arrived. Therefore we had to wait for dinner till 8 o'clock. We showed up a 8 o'clock and we could not have dinner after all. Maybe the cook and the waiters have had enough stress ? We got some lasagne at the snack bar from a nice butler. The next morning brought a very unpleasant situation. We came into the restaurant for breakfast and were not shown to any table although there were several waiters around. We found a table where also another couple had found a table close to us. Suddenly one of the waiters come yelling in an angry way that we have to move away from there, these tables were made ready for dinner time. I am 67 years of age and this waiter was maybe 20. I will not as a polite guest tolerate such behaviour of being yelled at in and angry manner !! I got furious and told him what I meant of his behaviour and that I would see his boss. Maybe some of the staff need a course in folk custom or a course in how to behave ?!

🚨 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. - 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 - 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 - very bad coffee at the breakfast 🚨 The hotel and the rooms are very gold. The room was stinky and also not clean. In front of my room was a huge ventilator which was so loud that I was not able to sleep at all. After asking the reception for a new room, he told me that the hotel is fully booked, and I have to stay in this room. Did not sleep at all in this hotel. After telling the receptionist the next day, he told me to write the management because they already know about that problem and do not anything about it. Texting them about the horrible stay in their hotel, they offered me a voucher for the same hotel by telling me that I have actually booked a cheaper room and they are always badly located... so badly that I am not able to sleep at all? Because of their goodwill, they gave me a voucher for the same hotel. Surely not going to use that one... for me this is a fraud. Saying also something positive the team was friendly and helpful but claimed the hotel chain management.

the Air condition was not working the patio door was stuck closed the wardrobe door was sliding on 1 wheel I was afraid to open it in case it fell off the fridge did not keep anything cold , we were not allowed to pick where we wanted to sit for breakfast, we only stayed 1 night and I think we were given the rooms that were unacceptable to people staying longer, and most of the tables for breakfast had reserved on them probably for the longer staying customers. this was classed as a 4* hotel I would say 2 * from my experience. It was also quite a distance to walk to the town & Lake area I have a walking disability. they had a free shuttle bus to take you into town but we waited For 2 buses and nothing turned up.
