There were a lot of ants in our room. We had to change our room, in the new one were they too. So we took the third one and there were ants as well but not so much like in the others. Breakfast was every day the same.

The staff didn't tell us we needed to book in advance place n the hotel dinner. The swimming pool area isn't clean, there is many dead and alive spiders and flies.

We liked that there were swimming pool and sauna. We liked that it's relatively close to jungle adventure park. We liked the breakfast. There is nice view.

Liked the view sauna and wellness area. My partner didn’t like the bug that entered his ear and wanted to eat his brain. That was terrifying but the staff were amazing help.

View was spectacular. 500 Germans waking us up wheeling their bags to the bus each morning. The staff were awesome and helpful and location is peaceful and walk to town is wonderful close walk.

The staff was always busy when we stopped by at the reception and not very accommodating to our requests. For example, upon asking about gluten free options for dinner we were told that they cannot accommodate a gluten free meal as they have too many guests and cannot cook for one. There was gluten free bread and muffins for breakfast but the buffet options (cheeses, ham, musli, etc.) were limited for a celiac.

Beautiful views and amazing facilities - including jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym, parking. The room was also very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location in terms of proximity to the town, restaurants, etc. Very nice environment around the hotel for relaxation.

Noisy hotel. Reception staff not friendly, no flexibilty at the restaurant. It was too late to eat there (7pm) as apparently you need to reserve before.. even for only one person... nevermind, I ate a very good pizza at the nice hotel and terrasse next door which was more welcoming, next time I book there. In overall expensive stay for the service, outdoor parking.

okey we booked for a family two rooms they put us in three rooms instead of of two. they first said they didn’t had anything free but the other manager did a great job. gave two nice rooms one for four people and the other three the facilities where amazing and good except the WiFi is not in all rooms. The other thing is that the morning manager is really the impersonal person we could ever had We booked with breakfast but they didn’t reserve a table for us so I asked the manager from the breakfast if they had one table he had on Monday but Tuesday again no table reserved for us again I asked the other manager that we had a table for our selves yesterday he said the we should be happy with a two and three table while we are with for children so no possible. bad for him I understand Italian and he said that I should shut up and be be happy with the two tables but I said lease could we sit on one table together because we are big family finally he got us a table for 7 persons but the morning manager again said she could. not do anything about it I told her we paid for everything and would be nice if we also had a reserve table like everybody else had.

Great location, magnificante view over the lake. Very quiet location in the night. We had a good night sleep. Our room had a nice balcony. The price performance ratio verygood.

Breakfast was okay, but that's the worst part of the hotel. So all in all there wasn't anything I didn't like. However for improvement, I would recommend WiFi being more available in rooms, perhaps customers can pay extra for this if they opt for it.

When we got there the temperature was hitting 38' and the humidity was high, what we failed to miss when booking is that the rooms do not have AC ! and there where no Fans in the rooms ether, we booked three rooms and had to ask at reception for fans, they said they only had two left as the hotel was full and everyone was asking for them, that left my daughters room without a fan and she had a very uncomfortable night. Id suggest that the Hotel invests in a fan for each room knowing that there customers need them. As we where there only a night no drama.

Great Location up the mountain overlooking the Lake staff where great and food was OK too. Rooms where of a good size and as we where only staying a night we didn't get to use the Spa facility , which was included in the price. A good traditional Italian Hotel.
