I had a few problems with the facilities: - The bathroom was quite outdated, maybe restructure it with a shower, not a bath (more suitable for a hotel) - The swimming pool had way too much chloride and because it was in a closed space I could not stay more than 10 minutes because my eyes were burning from the chloride fumes - The "parking space" they recommended for our motorcycles was quite rough for cruiser bikes, maybe they are used only with adventure bikes, but there must be a better option (that is paved not with gravel)

The room was beautiful, with a big terrace facing the street. The breakfast was vast and varied. But, the most important thing about it is the fact that is really accessible.

The room and bath were small. The room was different from the photos, unfortunately there were no other spare rooms. The sound proof is quite bad. The bathroom light was shady. No cold water pressure at the sink (only).

The location and the surroundings (Canazei is located next two three mountain passes, so basically, from here you can go and do all the nice trails from Dolomites). The breakfast was good, and the receptionist did everything she could to help us have a nice stay, including ordering us a breakfast box, that we could pick up before the starting time. The spa was nice, but we didn't try it.

Unfortunately, nothing about the booking/check in went smoothly - what was booked, was actually not available and it seemed that I was the one trying to find the ways to solve it (luckily, the solution was found and everyone was satisfied), one of the rooms was not ready at the check in, even though we arrived a hour later than the check-in time (we had to wait for a hour more), the toilet seat was broken in one of the rooms (not fixed throughout the 2 night stay), the whole bathroom was getting wet when taking a shower, so we suspect, that one of the glass doors to cover the bathtub was missing.

The 4-persons room was very spacious. Breakfast very good. Nice SPA facilities.

Not many options for vegetarian or just healthy breakfast such as sugar free cereals and dark bread. The room we got was not meeting the description regarding its size - it was extremely small. After opening the suitcase there was hardly any space to move. The same goes for extremely small bathroom - for bigger people it would be impossible to enter the bath tube to take the shower.

Very good, central localisation, a few minutes from gondola service, restaurants, walking paths etc. Very nice, helpful staff. Clean room, hot water, great breakfast included in price. Storage for bikes at the back of the property. Free parking and WiFi. Nice tiny balcony facing trees at the back of the property.

Central location for a good price. Many road bike routes in the area. Comfortable rooms - a little old school but cosy and clean. Bathroom was a little small but it works. Great breakfast buffet.

My tiny room that wraps around the elevator wasn’t aired out, didn’t have soap, and the drain didn’t work in the shower. It’s a very basic room.

Good location next to a pizzeria. Huge excellent breakfast. Motorcycle parking under the balcony. Kind reception staff.
