We had 2 small beds pushed together. Unfortunately my half was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress.

The only thing I personally had a problem with was pillows and hairdryer. But most hotels have similar - to flat pillows and too weak hairdryer. But bed were very comfy and everything was perfect

The bathroom was a little small. The bed was not very comfortable, these days we are used to memory mattresses and the bed had springs. We only stayed one night but I think more nights would have been a challenge

A charming little hotel in a small seaside town. The location is perfect - a short walk through the beautiful umbrella pines and sand dunes to the long sandy beach. We also really appreciated the on-site parking. However, the most striking thing about the hotel is the outstanding customer service at the front desk. The receptionists went out of her way to help with excellent restaurant recommendations and to help me store medication and Ice packs in the hotel’s fridge/freezer. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly efficient and helpful hotel staff.

Would have loved the typical scrambled eggs with bacon for breakfast. There was no warm food, instead - only the chance to toast bread The beach in front of the hotel had no great sea (still pleasantly clean, just no clear water) and was close to a very old and ruined building

The only complaint I have is about the very old building, which you can notice well by the outdated furniture, totally inadequate power sockets (type, amount and placement) for today's standards, and the poor sound-proofing (the coastal area is very noisy at night).

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, it is a few steps away from the beach. It was also great to have a balcony with sea view! Air-conditioning is a must during summer, and that worked fine! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was always very nice.

The room was smaller than what expected!

The Hotel is close the city center (5/10 minutes by foot) and to a lot of bar, restaurant and interest places in Follonica. The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff has always been kind and helpful, with particular regard to the reception girl, Andrea, always gentle and available and the girl at the breakfast service, Victoria, for the kindness and professionalism.

there is no sound insulation between the rooms, you have the feeling that the guests from the next room are in the same room as you. there was a youth next to us during our stay who did not sleep all night, as a result we were also awake. At 6:00 a.m. other foreign guests entered our room with the key they had received at the reception. how is this possible? the room has not been cleaned for a long time, but here and there someone just wipes it a little and changes the bed linen and towels.

Reception was very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. It was option to stay a bit longer before checkout and store luggage while resting on a beach. Breakfast was nice.
