The check out staff was a bit slow

If you have a car, it's a nice pit stop w clean rooms w balconies that have a good view of the hillside. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi that almost feels heated as it sits above the sauna rooms. On a clear day the view from the pool area must be amazing though we only saw clouds and rain.

Generally it was not a disadvantage from our point of view, but it is an ADVICE for the staff (and next visitors). One of the items on the breakfast menu are raw eggs to be cooked yourself. This should be BETTER MARKED. Some of the guests do not get it and break raw eggs on their plates making a big mess, while other steal somebody's else eggs from the cooking machine... Quite a good comedy ;-D Second, if you are looking for a calm stay, daily exchange of a significant number of guests can spoil it a little.

Perfect hotel to stopover while traveling, and most often used that way. Most guests stay one night. Close to the Brenner-South of Italy highway. We have spent there 4 nights in a stationary way and it was good, too, due to the touristic attractions in the area. Good spot to explore the Dolomites. Rich Breakfast buffet, variety of bread and pastries, cereals, fruits. Cold cuts and cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, some vegetables, jams and honey. We did not try the hotel restaurant, because it was closed during our stay.

The place is good value for money. Location is great, nice views. Breakfast was good.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagging, should probably have been replaced.

The location was excellent and the views absolutely stunning. The room we had was incredibly spacious and the spa area was lovely. Also the breakfast was fabulous and exceeded all expectations.

Everything was good. Not modern designed, but very cozy, really feel like home. All compliments to kind staff and chef & waitress in dinning room. We receive a gift card for free public transport & museum entrances.

Because we were in an apartment, things that you might find in a hotel room, like a kettle and tea/coffee, weren’t there. There were 2 bathrooms but one of the showers didn’t drain so couldn’t be used.

We booked 2 single rooms and were put into an apartment which was fine but not what we expected. The breakfast was great.

Please, change the curtains😅 they made your hotel look so old…(despite there is a good modern renovation. There should also be the spa access… but when we arrived the sauna and hamam were not working, and nobody even warned us in advance…. And I’ve chosen this hotel because of access to the spa, and there wasn’t…

We stayed one night and i forgot in room my jacked. We came back in the same day, but personal told that they didnt find it in room. It was really very hard to get back my thing. I was lucky to meet women which clean room and explane than in agressive that yes i want get back what they took. I stayed and saw how they “search” my hacket in their room - and finnily the found. But whan man from reception called tham they told they havent. Come on, i came back at same day! It was impossible to forget you found something in morning! Really not nice situation.

Very nice hotel close to the Brennero highway, we stop by for the night during our travel to Austria. Big room with very nice view on the village and the surrounding mountains, nice balcony with a small table and two chairs. Everything very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and complete.

Super good price. Good location. We arrived later than checkin time allowed but it was no issue. Breakfast was very good. Beds were also very good with very nice real blankets. Very spacious room with a huge terrace. Definetely recommend.

We were 4 adults and 1 child so we booked one big apartment like room with 2 double beds. To our surprise this kind of rooms are at top of hotel so the views were stunning.In general from the hotel the view was stunning. Breakfast was very good with scrambled egg and boiled egg and coffee along with other cold options. The staff at reception was very polite and nice.

Room could do with a small kettle for a quick coffee/tea. Other than that it was very good.
